The first appointment went really well ! I didn’t know what to expect nor who I was working with personally but I felt confident that the result would be better than I did before we started!

I have debated whether or not to write this review however I do think that it is very important to let those people know about my experience that has now changed my life forever. My wife was seeing Dr. Melissa Hubbard with Broken Chains due to severe conflict in our marriage. Dr Hubbard recommended that my wife come up with “An exit Plan” in our marriage, solely based upon what my wife was telling her, having never heard my side of the story or being willing to counsel us together. According to Matthew 18 this is not at all a biblical response to what was going on. When I suggested that we get counseling together at our church Dr. Hubbard indicated that that would be spiritual abuse to put my wife through that because the counseling pastor at the church had already heard my side and was therefore already one sided, but not at all true, our pastor was for us together and wanted to help “Us’ together. At this point we are separated and most likely facing a divorce, but there is no reason for this to happen if we had gotten counseling together. Our church has quit using the counseling ministry, because we are the second couple in the church that Dr Hubbard has done this to. I question at this point whether BCI is really for marriage and the family.

I love my therapist Julie. She is wonderful and knows what she is doing. I feel very safe with her.

We love Dr. Hubbard!! Melissa is attentive, offers sound, biblical advice, listens well and has a wonderful personality!

Counselor was very understanding and made me feel comfortable about sharing personal information.

Aldreques was wonderful! He was so welcoming and easy to talk to. I loved his biblical perspective on our situation. We look forward to our next session!

Broken chains has a very good domestic violence and sexual abuse counselor proficient in counseling children as well.

Love the safety and healing I’ve bren finding at BCI. It’s given me clarity and tools for everyday living. I’m so grateful!

They do an amazing job, they are great at teaching, compassionate, and just great people. I would recommend them great to talk to understanding. Top notch in my book.

I came in desperate to do whatever it took to fix my marriage. My wife walked out and I was by myself broken realizing what I had done. I knew I needed to change some things, but during my 2 day Intensive with Kevin we went deep into things and I was able to truly see what it was that was causing me to react the way I normally do. Underlying issues on how i was raised and brought up, and these "beliefs" that were now the normal for me. With Christ's helpnusong Kevin to minister and council me, I'm on a road to freedom and a new me and praying for restoration for my marriage. Highly recommend going to BCI

I’ve had a chance to get to know Kevin and some of his counselors and I really believe in what they do and how they do it. Kevin is a person with a big heart and a passion for helping people in their relationships. I think it’s important that people realize that some relationships you need help to get back on track. Kevin and broken chains international is committed to helping people get back on track.

I was a one time visitor as I have the pleasure of helping my niece with her two boys during divorce proceedings. I needed advice as to how to handle the boys, 11 & 15 years. My counselor was terrific and on point.

I have been in counseling for over a year with Kim. She has been patient and understanding with my anxiety and difficulties with opening up. Very good counseling! Biblically based yet down to earth real people helping real people get through situations in life....if I need to go back in the future to get through something or need to get back in line with where I need to be then I will go back.... there's nothing wrong or weak about getting help!
