I ordered T-shirts from their website and returned three items due to quality issues. One of the T-shirts shrunk after the first wash, which is unacceptable for a new product.
The return was delivered back to them more than a week ago according to the tracking details. Their team confirmed that the refund would be processed within 24–48 hours, but even after multiple follow-ups, no refund has been credited to my account.
On top of that, customer support is extremely unresponsive. My calls are not being answered, and now even the email ID through which our conversation was happening is no longer working.
This level of service is very disappointing and unprofessional. Customers should be careful before ordering, as the return and refund process appears unreliable.
If the issue is not resolved soon, I will proceed with filing a complaint with the consumer authorities.
