Returned a dress immediately after a brief try-on in original packaging (quality was poor for such an expensive dress!) Refund was denied due to alleged stains that were NOT present when I shipped it back. The company refused transparent documentation and when I pushed back on the denied refund, they immediately directed me to file a credit card dispute instead of resolving it, which seemed off to me.

Thankfully my card issuer ruled in my favor - but based on my experience, I would strongly caution others to avoid this brand!

I wore the Maraya dress as my second dress for my wedding. The corset on the side had cut my skin left marks and scabs. I emailed their customer service informing them of this and sending the photos, they did not do anything about it. I am truly appalled and I will never be buying anything from them again nor recommending them to anyone.

I ordered a dress for my daughter who is going to be a maid of honor and the dress was nothing like the picture and we'd like to return it. I spent a decent amount of time today trying to figure out how to get a return label. Their customer chat has no agents so I sent a couple of emails and haven't heard back yet but after seeing this comments I have no faith that this is going to turn out well. I really wish that I had read all of the feedback here before placing the order!

DO NOT BUY!!! Poor quality and overpriced. No ability to get your money back which is only found in the fine print after you order.

Do not buy from this online store. They don't provide any refunds even though their dresses are really expensive. The dress that I received wasn't like the picture either. Extremely disappointing, will not buy from them ever again.

Don't buy a single thing from Bronx and Banco. Not only is it expensive but the quality is poor. If something is wrong with their clothing, if you don't drop everything and notify them immediately (literally within 2 days), they will refuse to do anything to help you. The zipper on this dress broke two days before my wedding. I reached out to them after I had mentally recovered from all my wedding festivities and they basically told me too bad other than they would replace the zipper. Well I wanted to wear this for my wedding reception so replacing the zipper doesn't do me any good. They are not understanding at all and provide essentially no customer service. Don't waste your time or money.

The customer service here is TERRIBLE AND NON EXISTANT. They claimed that my dress was “on sale” and therefore not eligible for a return or even an exchange. Screw this company.

The most disgusting shop where the product is nothing like in the photos, the quality is terrible. Rude customer service and no product age whatsoever.

I ordered the Margo diamond gown which was a pre order item 4-8 weeks. The event was 9 weeks from the date which the order was placed. I was promised 2 different delivery dates. The dress came the day before the event. It was huge, not a true XS. There was so much excess fabric, poorly cut on the split like a 3 year old had cut it. On top of all that the colour was a tacky rose gold not the nude in the picture. It looked NOTHING like the picture. I emailed the company giving them my feedback and received no response. Did I mention this dress nearly cost me 2500AU with taxes. Prices don't justify workmanship.

My daughter from an Asian descent was hired as an intern for 3 days at the Soho location. She went to work 10 mins early ahead of her scheduled time and was not introduced to the team when she walked in. She was basically left to fend for herself and was treated like garbage. She felt ignored and no one was keen to talk to her. They definitely made her feel she didn't belong there!! She was so so excited to work here! How can this company be so racist? Is there accountability from anyone? She deserves an apology

I have ordered and paid a dress that had to be shipped between 2-4 weeks. After 7 weeks I still did not receive it. I wrote many emails to B&B but the only answer was that they will look into it and prioritise my order. Everytime I am told to have patience, or that this matter will be treated with high priority. Unofortunately that did not happen. It is tiring to have to write so many emails or messages with the company because of an unfulfilled order that has already been paid. The extended waiting period has exceeded what I consider reasonable and satisfactory. I am super disappointed about their customer service. I requested a refund because it feels like a scam. Did not expect this from a store that sells so expensive dresses.

I purchased one of their best selling “Mademoiselle Dress” and upon arrival I was shocked to see how poor quality the dress is. The sequins were not sewed on but glued on with the glitter. The packaging was full of loose materials and there was no way the dress could be worn without sequins and glitter falling off constantly or made it to the dry cleaner. The mesh net fabric and seaming was cheap.

Do not order if you want to only wear it once. Its not worth the price tag.

I hope I had read this sooner! I agree with what everyone else mentions bellow .. EXTREMELY POOR QUALITY and the dress doesn’t look anything like the pictures , badly done, the fabric looks like a 15usd dress really cheap DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.

I would not recommend purchasing ANYTHING from Bronx and Banco. They have horrible customer service and they do not care about their customers. All they care about is selling low quality product for outrageous prices. I have purchased multiple dresses from them. Sizing is always off. The materials are always cheap. The one thing that is consistent is the poor quality and craftsmanship that goes into their product. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

Dress looks Nothing like the Online Photo.
I ordered my wedding dress from here, it arrived and was too large and had busted open seams. I figured that was why the dress did not look like the photo online. I exchanged for a size down. The dress is literally NOTHING like the photo online regardless of size and the seams being fixed. It looks like a toga. Their no return policy is terrible. I wasted almost $900 on a cheaply made dress. STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT BUYING FROM THIS CHEAP BRAND.

Their dresses look nothing like the picture, they are not made to order and they are absolutely not luxury dresses. They ship them squished into plastic bags like if they were cheap knockoffs. Do not order. They are absolutely horrifyingly cheap dresses. Absolute fraud.

I have ordered a dress to be shipped in Switzerland from Bronx and banco website.
The item was never delivered. I have filled a claim towards the shipping company chosen by Bronx and banco, UPS. UPS concluded the package has been lost in transit in Germany and told me to check with Bronx and Banco directly who are entitled to refund me and Then manage on their side with UPS. Issue is that They do not have a customer service line but one generic email. So I have explained them multiple times via email the situation and they never came back to me to follow up. I just lost 850 dollars like this. Just because this company is not reliable. I do not recommend to shop on their website. They really are not professional.
