I have recently had serious problems with my solar battery which was installed by Brookfields some years ago. Thanks to some wonderful work by Katie and after no doubt much arguing/ negotiating with the battery supplier, they will install a new replacement battery next week. Thanks for all your great work Katie!

We had our solar panels installed 12mths ago and from our first encounter with Brookfields, were thoroughly impressed.
Our panels were installed on our detached garage to not impact on the look of our house, the price including upgrades was cheaper than competitors.
The installation itself was impeccable, aftercare second to none and as we run 2 electric cars … The savings are mounting up nicely.
Brookfields contacted us about a free health check which we received yesterday, the engineer was more than happy to answer all questions on his visit, he was polite, professional and very knowledgeable (as we have come to expect from Brookfields).
I would recommend to family and friends without a second thought !!!

I had problems with the "inverter" device which is the unit at the heart of my solar panel system. The original solar company I dealt with were completely disinterested, so I did a search for a company much nearer to me who might be able to sort out my problem, So I gave Brookfields a call and explained my problems to a warm and understanding lady on the telephone.
She sent over Gavin, a highly experienced technician who solved the problem in less than an hour! I am over the moon with them, and absolutely delighted. I have taken a service contract available for a modest monthly fee, and their visit was covered by doing this. I would suggest anyone with problems with their solar system to give them a call. They are completely AMAZING, so kind and so professional too!

The initial telephone call to enquire why my solar panels were no longer performing and having massive help from Katie who talked me through what would happen and arranged an engineer to visit and find out the problem, Katie also advised me on the solar panel cover- affordable monthly payments which offers a yearly health check and covers many problems that can arise with solar panels which I didn’t know was available, the engineer came to inspect my solar panels and found the problem straight away, he was very helpful and explained everything to me, he was very patient and happy to answer any questions I may have had, he then returned at a time convenient to me and fixed the problem, my experience with Brookfields has been very positive and hassle free from start to finish and I would highly recommend the company.

Clear explanation of the different maintenance options for our Solar panel & battery storage system.
Engineer who came to do the annual check-up was professional & friendly. Didn't appeared rushed & was happy to explain the difference between our Inverter (in roof space) & the AC Coupler (in garage) that link the solar system to the batteries (installed by Brookfield Solar a few yrs ago). All in all - v. happy.

We chose Brookfield to install an AC Couple System in addition to our solar panels in order to store the generated electricity. Having had the system up and working for three weeks, we are extremely happy with its performance. The fitting by the Brookfield engineer was straightforward, Gav worked efficiently and his explanation of how the system worked was easily understood. An app is available for the system which is useful to monitor the system both home and away. Prior to the fitting, Katie was our contact person at the Brookfield office. Katie was excellent, helpful in her explanation of the most efficient system for our property. Any questions were answered, Katie was quick in responding to emails and always found the answer to our queries. In addition to the new system install, we have used Brookfield for many years to service and maintain our solar panel system.
