Poor workmanship.

I have recently purchased an 18 month old vehicle converted by Brook Miller. I was shocked by the poor workmanship.
The bulkhead was incorrectly fitted at one side causing the panel to breakaway around the bolt hole.
The sliding door panels were stuck on (with 1.5 kg of adhesive) over the factory original panels resulting in damage to the exterior bodywork when opening the doors, interior pull handles fouled on the panels ( an unsuccessful botched attempt using rivets failed)restricting the rear passengers exiting the vehicle.
The floor fitted is delaminating down each side ( possibly by condensation running down the inside of the side wall panels.

Thank you for your comments.

The vehicle you refer to was originally converted by Brook Miller as part of a specialist passenger conversion scheme. Vehicles produced under these schemes are built to meet specific safety and durability requirements for the intended user, and as a result the construction methods and materials used can differ significantly from standard vehicle trim installations.

In many cases panels and interior components are intentionally reinforced or bonded in place as part of the conversion design to ensure they remain secure during use. These vehicles are often used in demanding service environments and may be subject to conditions that standard passenger vehicles are not designed to accommodate. Over time this can affect the condition of interior components and finishes.

As previously stated, the vehicle was not purchased directly from Brook Miller and we have had no involvement with the vehicle since it entered service. Any condition issues present after 18 months of use would fall outside of our control.
