Brookpad 

Ordered two for our flat, installed around a year ago. One works fine. The other stopped after a few days, PROBLEM REPORTED 15 July last year. AFTER BEING RUN AROUND IN CIRCLES FOR SIX MONTHS WE EVENTUALLY GOT A LABEL TO RETURN IT. SENT ON 26TH APRIL. SINCE HEARD NOTHING, NO EMAIL, NO RESPONCE ON THEIR CHAT (WHICH MYSTERIALLY DISAPPEARS WHEN YOU ASK A QUESTION. THEIR AFTER SALES IS AWFUL AND HAVE LOST FURTHER SALES AS A RESULT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WE JUST WANT OUR WORKING TOILET BACK!

Brookpad experience:
- website is .co.uk but they are based in and posted from Poland, resulting in large surprise custom fees on arrival.
- Sending back defective goods was hard/impossible as chat support didn't know what the customs code was.
- Company refused to go to the post office to collect warranty return...
- Sends follow up threatening invoices to send debt collectors after you.

Brookpad are horrible.

Brookpad is a company that sells Chinese toilets with bidet function. As a side hussle they advertise every single product that is looked for on Google, offer it at a heavy (~20%) discount then bait & switch with long (1.5 years!) back orders and push you to affiliate Amazon links.

Whole thing is a scam, you might get a decent toilet from them though.

Just been to this site - Up to 540days delivery! 50% restock fee. 10% payment processing fee and 40% product sourcing fee. So basically you cant get your money back. Site is just a con and not conforming to any UK laws.

click bait no stock

like others reported, they make it look like items are in stock on their listings, but when you try to check out, it suddenly says 'Sold out'.

looks like they just want to direct you via their prominent 'View on Amazon' button to get affiliate cash.

This site appears to be bogus. It is just trying to get traffic.

massive waste of time, googled a treadmil i wanted, this website came up, said in stock. went onto said website, added to cat went to the last page, apparently it's now out of stock. clearly just trying to get web views.
