Whenever I have any issues with this company they always settle the matter in favor of themselves. They don't accept manufactures coupons, they incorrectly label farm raised fish as organic, offer vegetables that are on the verge of rotting, and don't reflect sale items on sale at checkout. I have pictures of vegetables that have clearly been chewed on by rodents. I have to watch the prices of items on sale as they will charge the regular price instead of the sale price. Even walking into the store is a chore because they clutter the entrance with products that they are trying to sell. I've bumped into racks offering flowers and plants, barbecue grills, and pallets of deer corn blocking the entrance to the store. I have to check the dates of everything I buy just to make sure that the product isn't out of date.

Brookshire Brothers buys/uses the worst software products available to run/destroy their business. Without a pharmacy, would they stay in business? Please do better!

I needed a prescription filled for a cough medicine and as soon as the pharmacy received it they called me. It had something in it that I had a reaction to, and he needed to talk to me about that. I assured him that it was okay to fill it, as I spoke with my doctor and we decided I needed to try it. I was extremely pleased that the pharmacy was concerned and called me immediately.
