Helpful and friendly service. Much better than using a main dealer (see one of my other reviews…). I was going to keep my car in the main dealer network but will now use reputable independent specialist (like Brookspeed) instead. Why pay extra for a lesser service?

I damaged my wheel by hitting a pothole and they went out of their way to fix the wheel ensuring that it was road safe but also not costing me an absolute fortune. They also kept me in the loop and dropped me off and picked me up from home.
Cannot recommend them enough.

Exceptional customer service and experience and Phil is just brilliant. Nothing is too much trouble. You have a customer for life now. Highly recommend to all. 11/10

What a garage!!! I had a fault with my car and it was just before the easter holidays. This was the fifth garage I called one emotional breakdown later they managed to fit me in 2 days later and it was fixed the same day! I honestly cant thank the team here enough and will definitely only be using this garage moving forward!! You saved our easter holiday

Since I booked my car in for an intermittent coolant fault (where no codes were showing and there were no leaks), they managed to fix the issue with their expertise. After the service, I found the experience to be outstanding.

They treat you as a valued customer rather than merely a source of revenue.

Phil keeps you informed at every stage, and I genuinely believe that he values customer feedback.

The work that was completed was exceptional.

Unfortunately, there are no courtesy cars available. I understand that this will result in additional costs for the company, among other considerations.

I have visited other independent Volkswagen garages in the area, and this garage stands out as the best. The work they perform is precise and completed in a timely manner. They treat their customers with respect and genuinely care!

I have had my current T6 since 2016. Until now I have been a main dealer user. However, having a recent issue I decided to use Brookspeed Eastleigh. They were helpful over the phone. Booking in for a repair it was carried out in a timely professional way. Good updates. I will use again for both servicing and repairs. Fair pricing. 5 stars from me.

Thanks to the lovely staff (Bethan) and mechanics at Brookspeed for a fab service replacing brake pads on my mini countryman today. Always reliable and always a pleasure to deal with these guys. Would recommend 100%

What can I say? The staff at Brookspeed Porsche and performance are fantastic to deal with!
My Cayenne 4.2s malfunctioned on the way to Southampton (abs, epb, psm, all wheel drive system warning and steering lock warning light) , after a phone call to them whilst we were aboard the cruise ship they ordered the Porsche parts in at extremely short notice . When we were back in Southampton they fitted the parts and cleared all the fault codes whilst we waited. I cannot thank them enough for going "above and beyond", fitting me in to a very busy workshop schedule. In short, superb service, with friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Fabulous service as always. Brookspeed have looked after my car for many years and with finding my headlamps not working properly they were quick to find the fault (the switch) and replace. They are a safe pair of hands, knowledgeable and their new site in chandlers ford is stunning. Well worth a visit.

Unfortunately, the level of service at Brookspeed has fallen off a cliff. I've been a loyal customer for the past five years but the standard of work, customer service and value have all disappeared since COVID19. After several months and two visits, I finally got my car back, covered in bird pooh, leaves and twigs. Very disappointed and searching for someone more reliable.

Excellent independent Porsche specialist, I have nothing but praise for the fastidious preparation, immaculate presentation and sensible price of my recently purchased 2014 Boxster. A true find…

Absolutely dreadful. Trying to buy a car with them and repeatedly not getting call backs or promises to call with the information. Had to give up in the end.

Martin & his team truly are the BEST for service, professionalism, honest & reputable.... I have had my Porsche 993 looked after this gem of a garage for many years! Back when they were operating from smaller premises in town.... the move to the new larger premises just confirms the success they were inevitable to achieve! Now also offering commission sales as well as bigger servicing facilities.... ALL garages should adopt the ‘BROOKSPEED’ ethos. They recently sold my car on my behalf, which was a stress free experience... win, win....

Friendly, great service, with amazing customer care. If you have a Porsche or German car, I honestly do not believe another garage can offer the same level of service or care, Fully recommended.
