Brooks running shoes are my go-to…

Brooks running shoes are my go-to running shoes.
There’s a fantastic range to suit all needs, all gaits, with or without support in a myriad range of colours.

But, for me, what sets Brooks Running apart from its competitors is the customer service.

You can purchase a pair of Brooks runners online and wear them as normal and if you find that, for whatever reason, they don’t suit you they can be returned for exchange or refund within 90 days.

This can be done online.
If you choose to call Brooks Running or correspond via email then you’ll find that the customer service staff to be helpful, supportive, understanding and efficient.
If they say they will do something then they are good to their word.
You can trust them to do as they say.

So, with a fabulous product and the best customer experience I 100% recommend you buy Brooks Running shoes.

Their customer service is top notch

Their customer service is top notch, I used their feedback form to mention an issue i was having with my pair of shoes and I was contacted immediately, after explaining to them, my shoes were replaced within 24 hours. This is in addition to my Glycerin Max being the comfiest pair of shoes I have ever worn.

Brooks is the number one shoe brand for…

Brooks is the number one shoe brand for me! I prefer their max models, especially the Glycerin Max 2 and Hyperion Max 3, which are both amazing. I use the regular Glycerin for everyday wear, and because I have bad feet, they really help keep them feeling good.

I also love the Hyperion Elite for intervals and races. They’re perfect: light, fast, and responsive.

I recently bought the new Chariot yesterday. They look so nice and comfortable, and I can’t wait to try them out!

Great customer service

The shoes arrived promptly, and were great, just not for me in terms of my own running needs. Brooks came into their own at the point of needing to return. There was an issue with my chosen method, and I despite having proof of postage the delivery company and drop off point werent helpful. Fatma at Brooks went above and beyond and resolved the issue for me, despite it not being their issue to solve really.

Excellent Customer Service

Had an issue with my trainers developing a ridge in the cushioning on one of the heels. No problem at all to receive a replacement pair; excellent service by Fatma on behalf of Brooks.

Shoe never shipped…

After careful research and consideration, and getting fed up waiting for New Balance to release the NB 1080 v15, I opted for the Brooks Glycerin Max.

I’d love to tell you the shoe was great, but I’ve never received it. A week after ordering, and having reached out to Brooks, I have yet to receive the shoe, get any form of update re when it will be despatched or simply some form of information form their customer service team.

When spending £180 on a trainer I think it’s fair to expect shipping within the timescales and a reply from their customer service team.

Back to New Balance for me.

Well where do I start -0

Well where do I start. I have sent photos and sent them to a lady called Stacey.? and by email none was returned. so they got my complaint.
Now I have put a complaint in and I got a reply from Sarah ? and was told it wasn't a scam. I explained by email and then got told to use again I have been given the run around as all the photos by email were returned as failed. so I can say I am beyond pissed my email was

Squeaky steps after a few months of wear.

I purchased the Women's
Glycerin StealthFit 21 and they were very comfortable at first, but then after a few months of wear, they started squeaking with every step. Very annoying. Can't stand wearing them when they make that noise. Very disappointing. I've been wearing Brooks for years but am afraid to purchase them again, sorry to say.
