Needed a new supplier the last let me down
had a few issues with the website but CS got back to me in a matter of hours and all sorted. Mostly infection control and the brand i buy some other companies are a lot more expensive and the problem leakage the bottles tend to be not secure, so far its not happened
which is a massive plus, Delivery is via Fed Ex and they are always very helpful when delivering, Right now cannot fault them or the products or delivery.

First order went smoothly but that is where the joy ended. Do NOT make a mistake when ordering online. They flatly refuse to add to an order no matter how quickly they are notified. Very unhelpful so will not use again.

Don't buy any of their own brand / unbranded products. I bought some paper towels but they were significantly smaller than advertised and ridiculously thin - useless! They didn't reply to my email complaint, then when I phoned, they won't take them back because you've opened them! Waste of money.

Spoke to a real person directly who was extremely helpful when placing an order, and was able to track down my current account number. The delivery was prompt and as promised. Ali Hasan in Accounts was able to talk me through the online ordering system and sort out my login details. Very patient and very helpful. Full marks to all the team at Brosch Direct.

I placed an order on 16/09/2021 for next day delivery which never arrived. When I called the following day to confirm where my item was they said it had been left at the depot and was with the courier. on the 29/09/2021 the item was sent back to Brosch and I wasn't notified. I called again to find out that the above info and asked for a refund. The lady said it takes 7-10 days to process. I called again on 11/10/2021 to find out about my refund which still hadn't been processed and that someone would call me back, No one did so I called again on 12/10/2021 to find out the lady I spoke with had gone home but she hadn't called me to update me. I am still waiting on my refund and a call back. This is unacceptable service, I have still not received my products and they have had my money for 4 weeks and still I have NO REFUND !!!!! I will never recommend this company and I urge everybody else not to use them- I'm still waiting for a call back and my money !!!!

Spent half an hour filling my basket with items supposedly in stock, only to try to check out and be met with a message saying their stock is no longer available to the general public

uniform is excellent quality but sizes bear no relation to the real world! Medium Tshirt just fits me and the small fleece is like an overcoat .

Just had my latest delivery from Brosch Direct - and they STILL haven't boxed or double-wrapped my centre-feed paper rolls, even though I asked them to do so on the order form. And this was after I have spoken to them and complained on at least 3 occasions.

The last delivery I had left me with 2 rolls (out of 6) that were damaged and dirty beyond use, with the remaining 4 rolls just about usable, as long as the outside layers of paper were peeled away to get rid of the dirt.

I haven't yet unwrapped today's delivery of rolls. However, I can see that the thin plastic wrapping isn't quite as ripped as last time - meaning that, hopefully, the rolls won't be as badly damaged and dirty.

But I am now at my wits end. I must look around and see if there is another janitorial supplies company I can use.

ordered a couple of times so far. Good value, prompt deleivery and very helpful and responsive when I ordered the wrong item.
