Takes your money and gives you nothing, not even a response

Like the other reviews, I made an order, never received the item, and when I tried to contact them by email, phone, and their on-site messaging, did not receive a reply. The person on-site would say they were doing something (such as calling me) and I did not get any calls. Said they were "verifying" my order only to not respond for hours, but real quick to respond when I said I thought this was just a scam. Don't do business with them.

Order never received and no response

I placed an order on Jan 26, 2026 and never received the items. I never got a shipping confirmation, tracking number, or any notice that the order was delayed or canceled.
When I later tried to look up the order or request a refund, the website showed “order details cannot be found.” I contacted the company by email but have not received a response.
Based on my experience, the ordering and support process felt unreliable and unclear. At minimum, the company should provide order tracking, status updates, and accessible customer support so buyers know what is happening with their purchase.
I did not receive the items or a refund.

Extremely dishonest and unprofessional

Extremely dishonest and unprofessional. I placed an order (#BPU29025) on Jan 19th and waited four days, only for them to cancel it today. To make matters worse, they lied in the notification, claiming the order was 'canceled at your request.' I never requested a cancellation. I needed these parts for a specific project for a customer, and now my timeline is completely ruined. Avoid this company if you actually need your parts delivered on time—they clearly can't be trusted.
