Has been over a month and I have not received the underwear I ordered for $29 can't get a hold of any one and the phone is not a working phone also e mail does not exist

ordered $128 worth of clothing and it never came. Reached out to them several times with zero response. wish I could give them 0 stars cause thats the amount of clothing I received.

No communication, material of hoodie was awful. Would not use again.

I is a very Bad Company, whe Order one Hoodie, it’s a very bad quality and Not the same as the Picture on the site.
Also the stitching was loose or very bad, and holes in the sweater.
I send 5times a mail for refund, but without a answere 😡

Company is a scam, website not working. No way it seems to get a refund, item entirely unlike description - informing credit card company to block this company's transactions

Horrible "company". Waited nearly a month for the item to arrive, to see that the quality is hideous and that the item looks nothing like the photo. Also, sizing is completely off. I have emailed the company three times requesting information on how to return the item and receive a refund and have not heard back. Stay away from this sham of a company.

I ordered what I thought was a sweatshirt for my 16 year old daughters Xmas present. On opening her present she couldn't believe what she saw. It was poorly made very thin material that had two different shades to it. The writing on the sweatshirt was not what was advertised with the wrong spelling. It also arrived after Xmas , passed the due date. I have emailed the company for a return slip/ refund. However getting no joy from them after sending the requested photos of proof over a week ago. I wouldn't even give this company 1 star. J Helens

i would honestly give ZERO stars because this deserves it more than anything. awful experience, mismatches the photo and the material is bad, the print is bad, literally everything and also they dont respond on requests for returns. save your money!

Please avoid! I bought the jumper for my girl. Firstly, it took over three weeks to receive it, secondly the price of £40.00 did not match the actual quality for this jumper! The jumper pictures are completely different on the website than the received item! Thirdly, as soon as I requested a refund for this jumper, my e-mail was no longer responded! There is no return address provided on their website neither any other information how to return it! They are scammers definately!

Unfortunately, I took my eye off the ball and my teenage son ordered a pair of joggers from Brovon. They did arrive but did not match the picture on the their website. The stitching on the logo was supposed to say Protect and actually said Protoct. Bizarre! What a lot of effort to go to on their behalf. I don't think 'Protect' is a designer brand but perhaps I'm wrong. There is a wishy-washy hidden clause on the website that they will offer a refund but there is no phone number and only an email that they do not respond to.

I ordered a jumper for my daughter for Christmas. Placed the order on the 14th November. After 2 weeks of absolutely nothing from their side I contacted them, to receive a very brief response saying 'it'll be shipped when stock is available' I wrote back asking when this was and nothing, narda. I then asked for a refund FOUR TIMES and again totally ignored.
It is now January 3rd and I've just received an email saying my jumper is ready to ship. To say I'm extremely unhappy is an understatement. The customer service is extremely poor & they definitely didn't want to give me back my money. From other reviews they're saying the product quality is poor, so I'll update when I eventually receive it. If I ever do, that is.

Scammers. Sent me an item that is unquestionably a fake. I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering from these Chinese fraudsters. They do not respond to emails.

I want to give no stars. Item eventually received terrible quality worth less than £5 paid £40.99. They don’t reply to messages and no return information on their website. Avoid, avoid, avoid. Terrible set up designed to take premium money for poor quality merchandise.

Do not buy! Ordered a pair of joggers in November only arrived today. Took weeks to actually ship it and when it came the quality was awful. Not true to size either. Waste of money

Nothing like picture at all, cheaply made looks like they sewed felt on the jumper to try and recreate the image. it’s honestly awful

Terrible clothing. Received a pair of trousers with dried plastic on the inside which is very uncomfortable on the skin. Completely unwearable. I'll be doing a chargeback on my card for this! Don't answer emails. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Horrible quality just a scam site no returns. Going to do a chargeback with the bank but this is the third time I’ve been scammed this Christmas so not sure what’s happening. They are obviously targeting tick tock teens with this rubbish product. No doubt the tick tock footage is of a much higher quality than this plastic feeling sweatshirt.

Ordered a pink ‘all you need is love’ jumper for my teen for Christmas. This is a brand I hadn’t heard of before so took a chance as it’s what my daughter wanted. I got 10% off so paid just under £41 including postage. The jumper that arrived is poor quality. Feels like one we bought from Temu. Like it’s made from plastic and would set on fire if you moved your arms too quickly. This product is not worth the £££ and I am extremely disappointed with it, as is my teen. Ordered 17/11 to open on 25/12

Amazing quality I don’t know what these beans are on about saying it’s a scam brovon are the BEST !!!!!!!!!
