As an overseas landlord I needed a completely trustworthy agent to find tenants and also manage the property. Tony was completely reliable, honest, and hard working. I used Brown & Brooke for quite a few years, he was always responsive and I found the service to be impeccable. He has an excellent network of tradesmen who are honest and do good work so he was able to deal with any repairs needed promptly and to everyone's satisfaction. We have now sold our property and Tony helped with that as well. The transaction went smoothly, helped along with his down to earth humour and good nature. I highly recommend Brown & Brooke whether you are renting, selling or needing property management.

We required a short term let whilst our property was being refurbished. Having approached Brown & Brooke a local agent in blackheath they found the perfect property for us. The onboarding process was quick and easy including credit and affordability checks . Amazingly we were able to move in a couple of weeks after viewing.
Both the owner Tony and our agent Cameron were very helpful and were only to happy to resolve issues as they arose.
We have now moved out with our deposit returned in full.
Overall it has been a great experience my first time renting.
