I cannot recommend Charlotte enough. Having to sell my parents house after losing them both within 8 weeks was incredibly difficult but Charlotte was patient, compassionate and made the whole process so easy for me. I had no experience with selling a house and Charlotte was always happy to answer my myriad of questions. Charlotte’s communication was exceptional, keeping me updated (I never had to chase) and was excellent at maintaining the momentum with the buyer’s side. Thank you Charlotte, I shall be recommending you to everyone!

Charlotte, made the whole sale process easier and addressed all issues in a timely and efficient manner. She was very responsive to all communications with both ourselves and the buyer's solicitors, and ensured that the numerous questions were handled swiftly.

Charlotte was amazing as our conveyancer-she was always instantly available, replied to e-mails promptly and was on top of the whole process from start to finish. People always moan about the conveyancing process and having to chase up solicitors- this was the total opposite for us, we would 100% recommend Charlotte

Charlotte was great from the offset, incredibly efficient with her emails to ensure everything ran smoothly. Our estate agents couldn’t believe how quick everything went through and said it was a credit to our Solicitor for pushing things through at such speed! From our initial offer to collecting keys was just over 6 weeks. Absolutely no complaints would recommend Charlotte to anyone.

Charlotte Brown was an enormous support throughout a protracted and complicated process. In fact had she not “project managed” the final process with all the chain, I wonder if we would have got to completion by the day specified.
