Found this company to be one of the best value on the net. Have used before to buy some filter papers and have found them to be, cheap, reliable and the delivery is prompt. The filter papers are of good quality and I will use them in future.

Brownbear coffee is absolutely fantastic and I would highly recommend it. The service I got from them was excellent and very good value.

A few weeks ago I wrote a slightly disgruntled review of Brown Bear. The way the company dealt with my complaint was hugely impressive. A swift and immediate personal response plus some coffee restored my faith! When you buy on line things will sometimes go wrong but it's how a company deals with these hiccups that makes the difference. The products I bought were top notch; an efficient and stylist grinder and delicious coffee☕️☕️ Will be recommending widely!

I've ordered just once from Brown Bear, but won't hesitate to do so again very soon. Great coffee and absolutely cracking customer service; a rarity in itself these days. Some big name businesses could certainly learn a thing or two from this set up about how to treat customers.

I've just been getting into coffee and tried plenty of local roasters but these guys are amazing. The coffee is superb, service is great. Ended up signing up for a subscription, every brew is a pleasure.

I ordered an Aeropress on a Tuesday and selected 2 day delivery. After 2 days I had not heard anything so I contacted support, only to be told that an item had not been in stock and was now being shipped for next day delivery. For the inconvenience I was given a partial refund. I am very happy with the assistance given by Jess in customer service who made sure the Aeropress arrived on time

Placing an order from my iPad, I wasn't certain that the order had gone through, so tried again. As per usual, I received confirmation later that the order had in fact been placed twice. But what did BB do?Cancel the obvious duplication. Proving that at the heart of great businesses need to be people who do the common sense thing! Thanks BB!
