Insurance has gone up considerably for everyone this year but my agent at Brown hills recognised this, informed me and shopped around for better quotes, pointing out the differences in cover fir each one. I am very happy with the service I received.

My dealings over the last 20 years have mainly been with TRACEY W with whom I have built up a friendship and relationship. Tracy has always been professional, caring, polite, helpful & a pleasure to deal with. I am a very happy, long standing customer of Brownhill Insurance Group, with both business and personal policies. Friendly, happy to advise and always easy to speak with. Nothing is too much.
I have had very good service from Brownhill over the years.
Really disappointed been using them for years for home and building content. The last few years the yearly quotes have gone up meaning I’ve had to price compare then get them to match.
This year they have given me two working days notice to get a new quote rather than the 21-28 days they promise.
Caused no end of stress.
So rather than getting a quote for them to match I’ve got a quote best part of £300 cheeper and using that company.
As compensation they offered to wave the charge if I stayed with them which I’m not now waved 2 days insurance.
Really not good customer service or resolution.
