Excellent experience buying my Tesla from Brown's of Richmond.
My salesman Ian was very informative sent my personalised video's and pictures of the car.
This was my first EV so I was apprehensive, but team at Brown's put my mind at ease and answered all my concerns and explained any warranty products which they offer.
When I was picking up the car Ian done a precise handover explaining all the features of the car, as it has alot of technology compared to my previous car.
Car was in great condition and valeted to a high standard.
I would not hesitate in recommending Brown's of Richmond to friends and family when looking for there next vehicle.

From the very beginning, Lewis was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and guided me through the whole process without any pressure. His expertise on the Tesla Model Y was spot on, answering all my questions clearly and making sure I felt confident in my decision.

What really stood out was how smooth and straightforward he made everything. Communication was excellent throughout, and he kept me updated at every stage, which made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable.

It’s rare to come across someone who combines great customer service with real passion for what they do, but Lewis definitely does. I’d highly recommend both him and Browns of Richmond to anyone looking for a new car.

Six month ago I bought a car from browns in Richmond, Lewis and Michael were absolutely fantastic throughout. Today I have been back to MOT the car the service and staff all so polite and helpful I would recommend Brown's in Richmond if you are looking for a new car and excellent service.

I had a really good experience with this dealership with some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Ian was so helpful yet honest and transparent throughout. From the first initial contact and speaking to Ian was a excellent customer service. Everything was explained and a video of the new car was sent to me.
There was no heavy pressure put on to you buy.
On arrival to view the car everyone made you very welcome The new car was as they described and even better.
The part ex was taken in without any hassle.

I took my car for MOT and all of the required work was completed on the day, ready for me to collect my car the same day.

Bought a car from Browns. The initial contact was amazing, not a standard dealership at all, it’s a very special feeling walking in. We then had a little hiccup in the middle with an issue…..however, this was dealt with amazingly well and all sorted. Tim was fantastic and the service was 100% and definitely over and beyond with extras that I didn’t expect, he was so helpful and kind.
We will be in the market for another car within the year and will definitely be buying from Tim and the gang again.

Thanks again to Michael and the Browns team! They helped me massively when I had some issues with my van. They understood that my van being off the road meant my businesses comes to a stand still so they managed to get me in and all sorted within a day. Will definitely return in the future and highly recommend!! 5 stars!!

Very welcoming and friendly garage/staff who can’t do enough to please you. Lots of expertise and knowledge at hand - Michael was brilliant in finding us our new car - we even drove it home the same day! Overall 10/10 experience for us, would definitely recommend Browns of Richmond!

5 stars couldn’t fault anything. Great service, the staff are very informative and knowledgeable about cars giving great advice when you’re struggling to choose. Showroom is very smart. Staff are all friendly and welcoming. Our dog even got some treats and was fussed over.

What a lovely welcoming showroom. Staff are all lovely from the receptionist to the sales team and service staff. We always get a cup of tea and biscuits, even our fur babies get biscuits too. Lovely place to go. Would highly recommend.

Really helpful staff to put us at ease, as we have never had an EV before, talked us through everything we needed to know, highly recommended and now family nd friends use Browns as well.
