I would have given 5 stars but everytime I order lately, something else is out of stock. There is now only one product in stock so unfortunately it looks like I won't be ordering anymore if I can't get what I need.

Arrived in great time and the free samples were a nice touch. Try before you buy a great option Patte great as treats to carry as it cuts brilliantly with no sloppiness. Dog was very keen.

They didn't have one of the items I have ordered, gave me a call apologise and gave me an option to get extra 2kg of the different pellets for my rabbit. Great job. That's how you delight your customer.

Brown's were very inexpensive, reliable and also contacted me to let me no one of the items i ordered was out of stock rather than putting a note in the order telling me. Having that personal attitude makes a big difference and the staff are very polite and helpful. I will be shopping with them in the future. Thankyou Brown's for a great online shop.

Super fast delivery. Second one of these crates we have purchased although not cheap, they are very well made and secure. Plus when arrived got some free treats for the dogs.. thank you very much, greatly appreciated
