I found a large velvet some tub chair on broxle as well as four beautiful carved natural bedside tables. All the products were delivered in a weeks' time and are of good quality. I am well pleased and would certainly recommend the company.

Cannot rate this company at all as I as placed order in November which asked to cancel as I had ordered wrong thing - nothing happened other than they have taken my money, halted the order and no refund. They advertise a telephone number which is never answered and they do not respond to direct messages on social media. I am now questioning the ligitimacy of the company! No customer wants to me ignored.

Bought a crystal chandelier from Broxle which arrived in four days time. I am so pleased with the quality, it is genuine crystal, well packaged, and much more affordable! I will definitely order again.

Come and when it need it had engrave marks all over one side do the glass I requested a refund and refund. I was told on email twice a refund would be sent but still nothing and now no one responds to my emails. Total scam

I had a Skylar chandelier from this company and the shipping was a month, nothing broke, everything is whole. The chandelier looks very beautiful! I would say that their tracking page needs to improve, but I was able to track by Royal Mail. Jacob in customer service was also extremely helpful. I will definitely order some wall lights from Broxle and recommend.

I received an excellent modern chandelier, Bayu. There was an easy transaction and excellent packing. I was worried I would wait a long time because of how large the order was, but they provided me with relatively fast shipping, two and a bit weeks. Also good communication, recommended, AAA+++.

Do not use this company!
I ordered 3 lights from this company and they’ve told me the items have been delivered. They’ve not arrived at my house despite me giving them the correct address. First they tried to claim that the address I gave them was incorrect, then conceded they had the correct address. Now they are saying well, it’s been delivered and there’s nothing further they can do. Ridiculous, the items have definitely not arrived at my house! They refuse to provide a photo or a signature as proof of delivery which leads me to believe they haven’t in fact sent the lights in the first place!! They just taken my money and provided nothing in return. Absolute charlatans!
