Disappointed with boxers, hoping they would replace the Depends that my husband is currently wearing. He has Alzheimer's and is totally incontinent. He is unaware of when he soils his briefs, so it presents a challenge to keep him dry. I would like to see someone design a brief that has the waterproof liner sewn on the sides of the brief as well as in the front and backside. My challenge is keeping the urine within the brief and stop the leakage around the leg openings. It's unfortunate that these expensive boxers didn't work for us.

Would have never ordered if I had known they ship from china. Website shows a San Francisco address. Return items must be shipped to China at receivers expense. I would imagine that cuts down on their refunds. I’m 11 business days into shipping and item is waiting in Chicago for USPS to pick up. A Christmas delivery for my elder father is doubtful. Last purchase from Bruce, whenever it arrives.

They arrived yesterday and I tried them last night. I’ve tried a few before other brands and these are the best so far the only problem is still doesn’t go all the way up my back and the others were the same, but I need to order some more. Thank you.

Good product.

Ease of ordering, Correct sizing. It would be better if there were some laundering guidelines.

Boxers are great. A couple of pair have threads unraveling.

Over the last few months, I've ordered and tried several brands of incontinence briefs.
I THINK that I like yours best, but there's no label in most of the brands I've gotten, so I'm not sure which brand I'm wearing.
Only ORYKAS have label tags...strange!

The size chart needs to be reconfigured for the size chart. Had to send back my order. Customer service took care of it with no issue.

I don’t like the way they fit in the back. The underwear sit to low in the back. Everytime I bend over the underwear ride down and I spend a lot of time pulling them up.

These are 👍 great in that they absorb really good. Easy to wash. Got 5 of them, but one doesn’t stay up in the back. Slides down. The other ones are okay. Bottom line for me is I don’t have to wear the depends anymore.

I love the fact that I can wear these boxers for at least 2 days without any leaks. I haven't tried for 3 days yet, but I will soon. I do think the fly opening could be adjusted a little bit or even made like the kangaroo pouch, Right now, the opening seems to be a little snug due to all the leak proof material. Also, I sweat a lot in the butt area and the padding is thick there. I do like these boxers though and I don't have to use pads any more. I'm going to keep testing these.

I don’t know about any experience. The wrong size was accidentally ordered, a reduced discounted reorder was promised several times, but the discount code has not functioned. So, I’m clueless about it or the company’s effectiveness.

Very good product but order a size bigger than u thought?

My only concern is the price. It is great that they are washable, but it will take a lot of uses and washes before I know how long they actually hold up.

For sure they are way more comfortable to wear than the disposable briefs...and I do love that they're NOT disposable. But still, it's a lot of money for a pair.

Now if they last three years, then I'll be truly impressed.

I bought my first set of three to experiment and see how they do long term. I will say that customer service is excellent at responding to questions or concerns.

On the positive side: During the ordering process, I selected Large for size, but when a special offer came up, the size somehow changed to Medium. I did not see this until the order confirmation came the next day. I used the contact system to alert the company of the change and they were able to make the change before shipping. The boxers appear to do the job so far.

On the cautionary side: The boxers run small - actually short in the rise, as they tend to slide down a little - I would have been better off with XL unlike any other sizing for underwear or pants that I wear.

These are diapers, which makes them unwearable, unless you are about bedridden. There is no procedure for returning them.

The size is misleading. I initially got a 2X and they were tight. I moved up to a 3X and no noticeable difference. Otherwise okay.

Not leakproof! After a few hours leakage so bad you could see on my jeans. Tried to get the satisfaction guaranteed or money back policy invoked, you have to send the product to China on your own dime which costs over 50% of the price of the product or accept a 15% “ I’m sorry our horrible product didn’t work and here’s what we’re going to give you for money back” offer. I would not recommend buying this product or ever dealing with this company.

Rating is based on return experience. I bought for my husband who wears Depends. Thought these for doctor visits, medical procedures, etc.
He didn't like them. I asked to get a refund.

I could ship them back to China, at costs of $125 -$175 (my responsibility) OR get a 15% refund (14 buck on a $90 purchase.

This is a rip-off.

No response from customer service.

Product “100% no leak” is total BS.

Very disappointed - cannot recommend for anyone!
