Poor Customer Service for Refunds/Returns
tried to return two parcels to them for refund, following their refund guidelines in full. paid expensive charges for overseas shipping. both parcels returned to me, no explanation given other than 'returned by sender', and after several emails have not heard anything further from them. poor customer service

Really bad customer service and communication
I’m really disappointed with your customer service, I needed to return an item, I messaged over and over to get a returns form and no one replied, now my 30days are up and I’m stuck with a top that doesn’t fit.

I think something went wrong in the communication because with us it is always possible to return your order within 30 days of purchase (if it does not contain personalization).
We are not the most difficult with deadlines and will immediately email you the return instructions so that you can return your item for the time being.
