Excellent service. I booked a long-distance journey with an early pickup and was quoted a very reasonable price. The driver, Tariq, arrived on time, was professional, and drove very safely. I will definitely be using this airport car service again.

I have been using Brumtaxi for work related journeys for over two years. My first journey way back in May 2022. The booking process is quick and simple. The admin team communicate well and all the drivers I’ve had have been friendly and professional.

When I’ve had to change plans last minute, pick up time for example, the drivers have been accommodating as far as they’re able to with short notice. I feel now I have a solid working relationship with the company and individual drivers too.
