I have hundreds of brushes by Kyle…

I have hundreds of brushes by Kyle Wester. I was looking for a new way to organize them and have struggled to do that with Brushbox. All of my brushes were automatically imported and dumped into one folder, titled Imported. Let's just say that unless Brushbox makes their own brushes, that folder title is redundant. So now all of my brushes have been pulled out of their organized folders and thrown into one big dirty box that looks soooo messy. I can't use my Wacom pen to scroll the brushes since their is no "scroll speed" settings within the app, and damned... it that's not the fastest scroll wheel on the planet Earth. Maybe in the Galaxy... It's unusable. so now I have the biggest pile of brushes and I have to put my brush down, grab my mouse and to try to navigate to other brushes. I would think an update (do they ever happen?) would have fixed this. It feels like the company hides behind some early Gumshoe reviews, doesn't update or fix the app in any meaningful way, and just keeps taking the money. Save yourself a few bucks and spend it on an over priced cup of coffee, it will be money better spent.

Subscription not fulfilled. Is this a scam?

I bought an annual subscription for toothbrush & toothpaste tabs. Received the first brush and tabs in Feb 2021. Never received anything else. Have contacted the company multiple times. First was told there was a problem with stock shortages for tabs, but no further reply when I asked for a refund. Website no longer works, but no sign that the company has closed???

Website now nonexistent?!

The toothbrushes were fine. But I just got an email saying they will take the money for a new set (a year later, as agreed).
However, I can’t get on their website to change or cancel anything - it doesn’t seem to exist any more. Very strange and this makes me very nervous …

Started great but went downhill badly.

I joined with a bi-monthly subscription. All was good for about a year and then in March I received a message saying they were out of stock, the toothbrush arrived a few weeks later but it is now August and I should have received 2 more in that time. I checked my account and they had cancelled my subscription and not told me. I assume they are trying to get people in their annual subscriptions but I can't justify that cost in one go. I won't be going back to them, the customer service is appalling.

Took two months to arrive, far too soft

Ordered on the 21st of August to a major UK city. Contacted them a month later because I still hadn't received my brushes. They said they would resend.

Another month passes and still no brushes. I message again and receive no reply. Four days later I message again. They reply, claim they didn't receive my previous message (it is recorded as sent and they referenced it's contents in the reply saying that they didn't receive it...)

They tried to blame me by saying I had made a one character typo in my address. If true, this typo wouldn't have made a difference to where the package ended up, and it cannot be the case since I resent them my address without any typos when they said they would resend the package.

After this exchange, I finally get my toothbrushes to find, despite the claim that 6 brushes is a years' supply, that the bristles are so soft they become totally ruined after a 2/3 weeks brushing rather than 2 months. I just spent 20 quid and 2 months waiting for what is essentially three months worth of toothbrushing.

I suspect they are one of those Instagram fly-by-night companies riding the wave of consumer demand for eco products while caring neither about the environment nor customer service. Avoid.
