I have purchased numerous brushes from ' brush king torino pro ' with delivery being exceptional!!!
recently just ordered and received the ' TP 99 ' and if there is one complaint or recommendation that i could share .., is that all there brushes should come stamped for identification purposes like the ' TP 99 ' and add the side grips to all there brushes foe easy handling....

Ordered a brush in JULY and never got it. No reply from emails I sent them. Just stole my money. I hate thieves.

DONT EVER EVER EVER BUY FROM THEM THERE A SCAM AND THEY DONT REFUND YOU BACK YOUR MONEY !
IT TAKES THEM MONTHS AND MONTHS TO REPLY BACK I DONT KNOW HOW YALL ARE IN BUSINESS DOING THIS !

If I could give them 0 stars I would!! This company is not legitimate!! Scam company!! Placed an order for a wave brush, emailed them on several occasions to find out why I had not received any updates about my order. The responses were unclear and were unprofessional I asked for a refund & they said they were unable to do this as it was " outside of the Route Package Protection Policy time frame" What???
What they actually meant was sorry we are keeping your money & there's nothing you can do about it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Was just about to order a Torino Pro#560 for my son for Xmas from Brush King. However now that I see 'only' two reviews on a long accomplished company, it makes me wonder about the company. I expected both positive and negative reviews and then I would judge for myself if I should go ahead and order directly from Brushking.. but two reviews. That does not promote my confidence in ordering from this company. Back to Amazon to find the next best quality medium bristle brush to promotes waves. Anne C.

The brushes are amazing, best I’ve used my only complaint is customer service, it’s ass. They have no courtesy or professionalism. I’ve ordered 7 brushes in a month, shipped them to a family member in the states then had them ship it to me in Canada. I then realized i could have amazon deliver it direct, i paid more but was willing too. I had ordered a brush the same day i realized this, i emailed in to see if i could cancel that order the. Order it through amazon, i simply received an email back saying “nope, i can’t cancel it” Not even a hey, thanks for shopping, nothing. I let that pass but now I’m truly pissed off because that same order still hasn’t shipped since May 20th and it’s June 11, i emailed asking when i could anticipate a shipment and they replied that the shipment must have been lost, they will issue a new one, asked how long to expect for that and i was told 5-7 days with absolutely no regard for the fact that it’s been nearly a month. I asked to cancel and now the email responses have stopped, very disappointed and would rather give a 1 but their brushes are undeniable

Brush king is an amazing website I ordered three brushes with 5 to 7 day shipping and it came in two days with amazing quality and good packaging. I recommend to buy from here. They also sell durags.
