Reasonably priced products as well they have listed on their website in comparison to another magnet fishing vendor from mainland Europe. Would definitely purchase again off them.

I spent a lot of money with your company for a magnet and today I got a letter from Fed Ex telling me I have to pay another £58 for posting costs, I am very disappointed with this as I sent you £285 for the Magnet and now I have to cover the extra costs, I will be telling others not to buy another of your magnets due to this issue, this is something that your company needs to look at because there are lots of people asking me where did I buy this magnet from but I will let them know about the other costs on top not very good bussiness,

As a UK customer its very hard to find the products they offer and sadly Brute Magnetics do not have a big UK presence yet. I reached out to them for help with shipping which was nearly 50% extra on the cost. Although they could not reduce the shipping for me I got a very detailed, super polite and genuine email response from Lauren and the team and a discount code for a future purchase to try and help offset the shipping cost.

If they ever get a UK branch I will 100% spend with them.
