Dun believe the crap reviews
As the title, do a bit of homework and be realistic. You do not review a clothing store based on their "advertised" return-policy or the selected carrier.
One downside I can name is that their order system did not give me an automated notification when the order was handled/shipped. Send an email asking for it and got a tracking number in the reply.
Absolutely love the clothing. Ordered a mid-season jacket (wool, formal) and shirt (formal) and their sizing is spot on, the quality and look of the items is amazing. Best jacket & shirt I bought in a long time and even though I do not like GLS myself, delivery came within a week from Denmark to the Netherlands (ordered on Sunday, delivery the following Friday).

This Christmas my wife got me a shirt…
This Christmas my wife got me a shirt from there, but – as I didn’t get to try it, she got a size too big (a 39, I am a slim 38)
However when we went to exchange the shirt, this was refused by the staff, as a label was missing. I suppose the suspicion is that I could have been wearing the shirt if a label was missing – but it is way too big for me.
So basically now I have a brand new shirt that I can’t use…
