Use Bryce Oils whenever a top up of kerosene is required as they always offer competitive prices. Staff are friendly and helpful when contacted. Delivery drivers are courteous and efficient.

Very efficient service ordered one day delivered the next also excellent at keeping us up to date with prices.

From an online quote for kerosene, order and delivery of which I had asked to be informed of the day before delivery, the service was outstanding, nothing was a problem, a personalised service from Bryce oils, my go to supplier of kerosene from now on. Thanks to everyone on the team !!!!!!!!!!

I have been using Bryce Oils for so long that I can’t remember when we started using them but it has been over 15 year. They are very reliable and any time we have used them for an urgent delivery they came through without difficulty.

Avoid this company, called them looking for an urgent delivery, knowing the weather was changing this week, called Wednesday, paid for the fuel with a promise it would be delivered. , 6 days later 12 phone calls later, lies after lies after lies fuel was delivered. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY!

Regularly a very quick response / oil delivery and the guys that come are polite, careful and considerate. Pricing is inline with market and overall I'm very satisfied with the service.

Very friendly staff and competitive pricing. I was surprised however not to receive an emailed confirmation of my telephone order, since this would have given me an order reference and an opportunity to check the delivery address was correct. When I queried this, I was told that sending out order confirmations was not company policy.

Disappointed that the delivery was later than expected - therefore there was more oil to pay for and although
it was ordered a week previously, the price had to be held at the first price which might have been lower than what I had to pay

The service I received from Bryce Oils was exceptional. I ordered heating oil on the Tuesday and it was delivered next day. Brilliant service. The driver was courteous, pleasant and nothing was a bother to him. The price was also competitive. This is what a well established and professional company should strive for. I am a regular customer of Bryce Oils. Their prices are competitive. The delivery is never later than the date quoted at the time of ordering but is quite often sooner. I have been using this company for quite a number of years and have never had any problem.
