Terrible communication, I emailed 4 times with no response back after they had a problem with the buckle I wanted, I then instagram messaged and no response from that either, collar itself was fine but I would never order from this company again and would never recommend to anyone, I also attempted to post a review but they never allowed it through their page

I echo comments of previous reviewers. What a rude customer service - I never encountered a business so unprofessional. I am moving and wanted to get an estimate on the shipping, but instead I got a lecture about hassling them about processing time. RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL. Not to mention they take forever. I will never again buy anything from that site. NEVER!! Avoid at all costs.

Such a shame. The handmade collars are amazing. I really really like the ones I have. The problem is the lack of communication. No answers to your questions, when you ask if you can have a reaction to your DM’s in IG posts those reactions are removed.

I’m sad though. Really wanted the fourth wing, Harry Potter and ToG collars.

But this is just disrespectful to your customers.

I had placed an order last year and I have been highly content with this collar - it’s durable, sturdy, good quality and looks good too.

So, full of enthusiasm I was ready to place my next order. But I had a question about this order which I wanted clarity about before ordering. So when I messaged Erin with my question I got only a short vague answer. Any follow up questions were left read and unanswered. I thought “okay, well, maybe she is busy and haven’t gotten around to it yet” but none of messages have been answered. I don’t appreciate being ghosted. A simple “no, this is not possible” would have been clear to both parties but not getting an answer at all and ignoring people is just rude. I really love their products so I’m just sad about this.
