I was amazed at how attentive they were. I purchased software over the weekend, in fact a holiday weekend. I ran into some trouble so I sent out an email and was expecting a reply in the following weekday. To my surprise they responded that very day! Not just a mere form email they had actual people investigating this and gave me a concrete answer that fixed my problem!
