Scammers are working. No answers from customer service, no answers to emails. Don't buy from this shop.
Seller was not responding to my phone calls and emails. It took more time than stated. But most embarrassing part is that i didn't get what i ordered. Some lures where replaced with different colours and shapes! Some where missing! I got scammed for more than 100 euros. The main reason why i ordered from them was that they had colours and shapes (zip bait and D-3 CUSTOM LURES) which were missing in all other shops, got all photos what i ordered and what i get, SCAMMERS!
After what took quite a long time the parcel arived and the order was complet.
