Terrible - Lied with No Customer Serivce
I tried to place and order. It did not go through. Then the shop closed and they would not allow me to place an order. They sent me to the sideline website. The logo I needed wasn't there. Then they say the coach can add an order. I call the coach who calls. No they can't. They meant to say the coach could extend the deadline. They would not sell me the items my child needed for their sport. Pathetic.
SCREWED UP AN ENTIRE TEAM ORDER
This company messed up an ENTIRE team order-shirts literally shipped blank. An email was sent out stating that the correct merchandise would ship within a week. However, several unanswered emails, a phone call to customer service and over 4 weeks later we still do not have the correct merchandise. I would NOT RECOMMEND placing any team apparel orders with this company. Their customer service is a joke.
Save your money.
Recently ordered a shirt that came with the ink/vinyl wrinkled as if the heat was applied to long. I emailed customer service and they agreed to refund me 30% of the cost of the shirt. My family basically “donated” 40 dollars to their business as we now have a 100% defective hoodie that will not be worn and only a 30% refund. I would not order from this company again.

If I could give no stars I would. I should have looked at these poor reviews for this company before ordering apparel for our son's baseball team! TERRIBLE, EXTREMELY SLOW SERVICE! We ordered our items before our baseball season began and did not receive the items until after our baseball season was finished. They mention an average of 2-3 weeks to receive your items. This is an absolute lie! I would highly recommend that you look at another company for your sports apparel needs. I am actually surprised this company is still in business with this poor service.

Product quality is extremely poor. Bought a few items and they were total garbage. Must be using extras/overruns/outlet quality from otherwise recognizable brands. Contacted customer service and they refuse to accept returns. Buyer BEWARE products do not meet expectations of pictures on the website. Cheap and poor service.

My winter sport My Team Shop clothes arrived way later than my spring My Team Shop clothes.
They didn’t contact me regarding shipping my clothes all the way back to Texas. So I was just waiting for months for it to arrive.
My spring clothes came in poor condition. My hoodie has two holes in it. One of them is very large and very visible unfortunately.
Deeply disappointed.

Worst Customer Service in the Industry
This company has quite possibly the worst customer service in this industry. The order that was placed several months ago has partially shipped. other items were cancelled without notifying me and other items have been on backorder since January. more than 2 months after the order was placed I was just notified the another item was going to be cancelled. I have called the service department on multiple occasions to get updates on the status of the order and get told different things each time I called. Nobody from the company has been able to offer solutions to any of the issues that have come up. Buyer Beware. BSN is a horrible company to deal with.

WARNING - DO NOT ORDER FROM BSN - Terrible customer service. Total scam on the return policy. They do not honor their 100% satisfaction guarantee. Also, when you order through the school campaign we are not shown the measurements of the sizes, therefore we took our best guess. Not exaggerating here. We ordered a large pair of sweats and they were twice as big as his nike size large sweats he was currently wearing. BSN says we cannot return them for a medium because THIS WAS A SPECIAL ORDER. THIS WAS NOT A SPECIAL ORDER. COMPLETE LIE. 100% satisfaction means just that. 100% satisfaction! RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THIS COMPANY.
Order is weeks late & customer service is not answering
Order is weeks late. I can't get a hold of ANYONE for status. It was supposed to ship on 10.22.2021 after waiting a full month from the order date. Does anyone actually work at this company???? They were quick to take my money two months ago. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere or in a few months, you'll be writing a review.

Horrible! I ordered almost $300 worth of Nike and Under Armour gear for my kids, when I finally got the items a month later they were NOT Nike or Under Armour! They were craft store clothing that I could buy for $3! FALSE ADVERTISEMENT AT IT'S BEST WITH THIS COMPANY! BUYER BEWARE! I will contact the school next to make sure they stop using these frauds!
It’s almost like a sham company
It’s almost like a sham company. Ordered kick boxing bag in July 2020 and it never showed up kept changing delivery dates and I cancelled it after three months calling customer care and they never cancel order saying they did or will do it after talking to vendor. After seven months and canceling order three time I am fed up. My card was charged twice but it charge was only pending and it never made it to actual statement. Every time they charge card I had to call them and explain, still order is open and delivery in March 2021..lol

I placed an order for 2 sweatshirts from BSN Sports for my son's school on the evening of October 23, 3030. An hour and a half later, my son advised me I had ordered the wrong ones, so I sent an email to Customer Care asking to cancel the order, knowing it had not yet even been processed. No response. On October 26, 2020 I sent a second email. No response. Then I called and waited on hold for 30 minutes for a Customer Care Representative. That Representative said the only thing he could do to cancel the order was to email the "production department" and request the order be cancelled, and I would have to wait until they responded. I said OK, and he put me on hold to email Production Department. While on hold, my call was disconnected, or he hung up on me. I then sent a third email to a corporate executive to request the order be canceled and explaining that my call had been terminated. No response. Finally, I call again and after 21 minutes I was connected to a second Customer Care Representative. That person explained the ONLY thing Customer Care can do to change or cancel an order, even before production, was to email the Production Department and wait until they respond. He said I should receive a response the same day. There was no response, but the next day, a Customer Care "Team Leader" emailed me to chastise me saying she had only received two emails and I did not send a third. What she did not realize was that she did not get the 3rd email because I sent it to someone else, hoping to get a response. The "Team Leader" also indicated the company was "4 days behind responding to emails". So, she took the time to respond to my email, chastise me because I claimed to have sent 3 emails and she had only received 2, but she did NOTHING to address my problem. Since, I have looked at another web site that offers company reviews, and BSN Sports has 29 such reviews - one of them is for two stars out of five, the other 28 are all one star reviews. More important, ALL of the reviews complain about customer service being nonexistent, argumentative, refusing to cancel orders, and dishonest.
