These guys not only know their product well, they also knew how to handle all my questions about the set up and running of the platform. We used BSS Commerce to create a B2B portal for our online shop. This is the best app for our shop and there are so many settings and configurations you can adjust - depending on your billing plan of course.
everything works seamlessly and when it doesn't, their support is super knowledgable and quick with a solution. Jonas from the team has been the biggest help! I could not have achieved anything without his support and I would still be there struggling. Just a heads up: their contact hours may not be aligned with your working hours - since they are based in Vietnam- but you will ALWAYS have the answer waiting for you the next day. And when online, they answer super quickly! I can suggest this app to anyone who wants to integrate b2b into their shop.

I was purchase Magento 2 product attachment extension for one of our store. The extension is working good and fulfil our business requirements. I like most with the BSS team that their support system is fantastic, they understand our requirements and give proper solution.

Jonas makes my BSS setup relatively easy. They are quick to respond on your questions as long as it is within the business hours. They also replied outside business hours but limited. I have been using BSS apps for 2 of my projects and we will be using it moving forward.

Was looking for an app that allowed me to hide pricing to non-logged in customers and this app does the trick brilliantly. Had a few minor teething issues when we first downloaded it regarding the variant pricing not being blocked, but Jonas was super quick and responsive and had the problem fixed within minutes. Would highly recommend giving these guys a go!
