Fast delivery, good package and no problems with product at all.

First time ordering and I am really disappointed. Ordered the shoes around two weeks ago and still haven’t got them. Had no update for about 5 days time then got an email saying they had been dispatched and turns out they hadn’t been. Then had an email saying they were with the logistic team and had been dispatched but still 6 days later have had no update with Royal Mail or from BSTN. Has to be the slowest delivery I’ve ever seen from a retailer and considering it said on the website 3-6 days is a joke. 14 days later still no update from them being “dispatched” from the logistic team. Would not recommend ordering from here and will not be ordering again. Hopefully will get my shoes soon.

If you need an item quickly, I would strongly advise against purchasing from this store.
I ordered an AMI Paris polo shirt that was advertised with a 3-5 day delivery timeframe. As I was due to go away for two weeks for my birthday, the delivery window was an important factor in my decision to purchase.
Unfortunately, the order took over two weeks to arrive. The company repeatedly blamed the courier, but the reality is that the item was not dispatched within the stated delivery timeframe. After I had already placed the order, I was informed there were delays. By the time the parcel arrived, I was away, and the courier offered no suitable options for leaving the package or arranging an alternative drop-off.
The customer service experience was equally disappointing. Rather than taking ownership of the issue, they consistently shifted responsibility elsewhere. It then took more than six weeks for me to receive my €300 refund, and all I received was a generic, seemingly insincere apology. No compensation or goodwill gesture was offered despite the inconvenience caused.
Communication was also poor, with responses often taking up to 48 hours. Overall, the entire process was frustrating, time-consuming, and far below the standard I would expect from a retailer selling premium brands.
What makes this even more disappointing is that this is the second time I have experienced similar issues with them in the last two years. At this point, it appears that nothing has changed and customer feedback is not being acted upon.
There are plenty of other retailers selling the same brands with far better service, communication, and delivery reliability. I would recommend shopping elsewhere.

Saw some trainers in London but not in my size. Googled when I came home and BSTN showed stock in a Germany.
Ordered at a lower price than UK retailers, delivered in an undamaged box in just over a week with full customs clearance and updated comms throughout.
Amazing to deal with and some amazing stuff in stock at great prices.

Shipment took way too long. First email was sent but then no info about what happens next. Direct tracking link would help.

I ordered a pair of sneakers and it took forever for the pair to come well over two weeks.

The pair didn’t fit so I returned them and ordered a bigger size and it also took forever for that pair to return. When the pair I returned got processed BTSN took 100 dkk or 13 euro for the return. I can’t recommend them, there a plenty of good and honest sneaker stores - this is not one.

First time I ordered was sceptical but it arrived with in the time 6 working days bit long time but when arrived the packaging surprised was very well packed with a high standard plus I got a special card where I was thanked for purchasing from them and my order details .
I’m happy with the order and the packaging of it
