Ordered a pair of trainer that never arrived but was marked as delivered it’s been over a month no refund no trainers just automated messages from customer service

I’ve ordered a few times from BSTN in the past, and everything went well - until it didn’t. My last order consisted of two items. Right after placing it, I received an automatic update saying one of the items was unavailable. Ok, I was fine with that. But they actually ended up shipping the one they claimed was unavailable. Multiple emails to their support team to resolve the issue have been left without a reply from a human person, despite their automatic reply claiming a 2–3 day response time

Made an order - payment taken and order confirmed. after 4 days, no tracking / no update. Made 10+calls to their customer support line - never answered. Finally connected to Hamburg shop and couldn't find my order but at least one person said he'd try to help. Sent 3 messages to support via website (you'll get an error message, but they seem to go through) as eventually got a reply from customer support saying my order was cancelled as it was a stock error on there side. My payment was an authorisation only and no money taken. This isn't the case - funds were debited from my account on the day of purchase. Demanded immediate and full refund and of course no follow up in 24hours still.......so no sneakers and no money back.......avoid this online store......

I placed the order on March 27 and received it on April 7 (Sweden), so delivery took 11 days. Returns cost approximately €25 (290 SEK), which is clearly stated, but still lowers the overall experience compared to retailers offering free returns.

When trying to initiate a return via their online link, I consistently received an error message. I then contacted customer service through both the contact form and email, but have not yet received a response.

Overall, the experience has been below expectations, mainly due to the return process and lack of customer support. Based on this, I would be cautious ordering from this retailer if you are located outside Germany.

I always get a good update on my deliveries, and there are regular offers/ campaigns with a lot of choice.
As a pro member, I feel that raffles chances are fair, and this matters a lot. I don’t win all the time but 1/2 a year and this is fair game.

I received an incorrect size and have reached out to customer service via their contact page. After waiting the stipulated 48 hours for a response, I sent a courteous follow-up. Additionally, I have called the customer service number, but I have yet to receive any reply.
I have not yet received any instructions on how to rectify this mistake made by the retailer. I had my doubts based on the reviews I had heard regarding their customer service, and thus far, my concerns have been validated. Given that there is a limited timeframe for returning items, it is crucial that I receive a prompt response, as I am located in London.

Following a wrong delivery, the team worked swiftly to ensure I received my package. I love the quality of their products, and their website is like no other. I wish they had a store in London. I also follow them on all social media platforms, but their content is also well-crafted. I look forward to shopping more from BSTN. I really love the quality and range of products they have.

Terrible. The item I paid for hasn't even been shipped. No one can help me or resolve the issue. All you can say is: something doesn’t look right….. really ?customer service is sending me a copy of the text they sent a few days earlier, word for word. In short, I don't have my money or the product; the hotline ignored me. It's a complete scam

The product arrived and was great.
The delivery was a quite slow compared to the 3-4 days it said it would take on the store and there was no option to have the package dropped at a local post shop which was a bit annoying.

Quick shipping and friendly customer support

Order two baseball caps. Paid $30 for shipping (states a 2-5 day delivery with no other option) and my products did not arrive until 12 days later. When I reached out to customer support to let them know I had still not received my products and I was not satisfied and that i also had to pay approx. $30 in duties, i received an automated response saying that I would hear back from someone within 48 hours. Followed up again after 48 hours, and only just now received a reply (day 13...and after letting them know I would be letting my bank know ill be disputing the shipping charge) they replied to the duties only, and not the shipping fee, which I requested to have refunded. No accountability whatsoever. Not worth my time or money and ill be following through with my bank on being reimbursed for false advertising. Don't shop here. It's a scam. Oh yeah, it's all in German, to boot, so that's convenient. Zero integrity.

I recently entered a raffle through BSTN and the whole process was very smooth and straightforward.

The website worked perfectly, and I had no issues with account setup, address input or payment registration. Everything felt well organized and easy to follow.

Compared to other retailers, BSTN’s system was very reliable, with no errors, which made the experience much less stressful.
