I had two pallets I paid over $3000 for. I got two giant cardboard boxes with an open top. All they did was throw items in the two boxes each 48X40. Everything at the bottom and some items throughout the box ended up getting crushed. There were items that burst open and leaked throughout the box. The item that was most expensive was not as described and not worth the amount. Worse, there was a sticker on the item saying does not match. So they knew and sent it anyways. The customer service chat person told me to wait 7 days before submitting a claim. The rules from BStock say you have five days to submit the dispute. Fraud! I dont have the time to look inside each return to see if boxes or toys are missing item pieces.

I still have not heard back from anyone and probably wont until the five days are up so they can find something in the contract to not have to reimburse me for these items. I cant review all 600 items, take pictures, and upload them in five days. There website does not have anything to upload pictures or point them to a google cloud or icloud website. I am the one that told the second chat person about the 5 days and figured out the first person was lying to me myself. The website gives very little text box space to describe the issue on the return form and there is no way to upload or give my photos. Dispute was filed on 11/5/2025. Not 11/6/2025. Maybe I will put together a youtube video documenting the experience.

They sell TRASH, double charged me weekly for shipping, and when I brought it up to them they said to mail in the invoices to them I did and got NOTHING FOR IT, incomplete furniture, BROKEN TRASH PURPOSELY SHOVED IN BOXES AND SEALED! I PUT IN 30,000 AND ANDED UP CLOSING SHOP CAUSE I COULDNT SELL TRASH! THEY HIRE FOREIGN DELIVERY DRIVERS THAT NEVER SHPWED UP ON TIME AND REFUSED TO HELP UNLOAD THE TRUCK CLAIMING IT WASNT THERE JOB!

Case ESP17291 – shocking arbitration result. The listing said “Branded Bags Mix” with €200 retail per item, but 1/3 of the order were €2 no-brand bags and only 7% branded.
B-Stock refuses to issue a full refund despite clear evidence of deception. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

Because I was the only one place the bids and then I received email from her said due to a listing issue with the seller's address? what is the order to do with seller's address? here is what she wrote to me
[ I want to stress how important it is that you "DO NOT" make any payment for order C5TC0-O5E-415, as it will be canceled. Instead, please keep an eye out for the new order, which you'll be able to proceed with for payment ] Order was cancelled and she never contact us with new order to proceed the payment. this will be happen again in the future if the price not good enough

A lot of headache. Some stores sell “trash”, no warranties. Answers from chat customer service is too poor, not good. When I made a question, always their answer is copy and paste. Some times I bought some items, and more than 50% is non functional. They have level of quality about products. But, why, why when we bought a C/D, or mixed, include TRASH. Literally, trash. And they wash their hands saying “is C/D”, some time I spend time and money, then paying to pay others to bring those bad items to trash. Some time I took good items, yes, but my frustration is when I receive TRASH, and when I receive very poor customer service

I was very happy to be among the new customers. In one section of the application, they asked me for a note from my shipping company authorizing the address for receiving pallets. This delayed me a bit, as it depended on my shipping provider's response. I was very happy to have received the note as requested by BStock. Now I'm getting a notification that these forwarder addresses are not allowed for Amazon pallets. If I had known this from the start, I wouldn't have wasted my time.
