We have used BT miners for all of our new miner purchases. We have never had a problem with BT. And they have always made things right if there were any issues on the manufacture side. They have some great prices and will make sure you taken care of.

Doesn't Honor Return/Refund Policy
After informing support that my miner wasn’t working correctly and requesting a return, I was either ignored or repeatedly pushed to attempt repairs. For months, they ignored my request or claimed they were "working on it." Eventually, I was told they would not honor their return policy. After being strung along for so long, I now have an expensive paperweight.
In addition to these issues, my order was delayed from the beginning. The company missed my order entirely and only shipped it after I reached out multiple times for a tracking number, at which point they reached out to there warehouse. This took a few phone calls to support.
Also, although the company appears to be based in the U.S., they actually ship from China, leading to further delays—something to consider if you’re on a tight mining schedule.
Bottom line: their support is severely lacking. If you encounter problems, expect poor communication, delays, and an unwillingness to honor their return policies. I would strongly advise against ordering from them.

BT-Miners is awesome! I have now ordered 4 miners from them and they got back to me right away when I had issues with my KA-Box Pro. Always quick and reasonable prices! Would be nice to get credit back when miners drop in prices but that is the gamble to take with crypto mining! Thanks for the reliable service and deals! I hope to try out the hosting services next.
