If I could rate it with a ZERO I would!! This exchange takes your money very quickly, but when you want to withdraw your assets, they delay you by requiring bank statements of deposit and a credit card with ID, and they still decline to keep your assets. I'll have to contact the FTC!!!!!!

These people are scammers !!!!!!!!!!! They give you a FREE Voucher to trade but dont mention that its cross margin and will liquidate your account !! Support is useless , the pending orders system doesnt work, the Web browser trading interface is awful and dodgy, STAY AWAY from lying FRAUDSTERS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Let me start with saying most exchange apps are easier to navigate than this app. There were some features I liked but overall this app was not well set up. I was going to try to force my self to learn the BTCC app for the leverage trading but they could not figure out the issue linking any of my cards for fiat funding. I contacted the numbers they told me to, I called my banks directly and everything pointed to BTCC having the issue however the first time I contacted BTCC via their chat help, they insisted it was my visa cards. So I proceeded to contact the bank and card member services again. The second time I contacted BTCC via the chat I spoke to a "Salim" who was very sarcastic and EXTREMELY unhelpful. I asked if there was another option to funding fiat other than a card and he said there was... by providing a card number. Then he proceeded to argue with me about how I never asked about other funding options. I asked to delete my account and he wanted a reason. I said I don't need a reason and he insisted he needed a reason. If this is not how BTCC does business then they need to monitor their workers better and consider replacing Salim. I won't return to BTCC due in part to Salim and the terrible funding issues. Being that I have previous experience with other exchanges that are way better than my experience with BTCC, I'll be sticking with them. Id recommend you choose a different/better exchange as well.

This place is definitely scam set and watched them manipulate the numbers then forced liquidated my money! I can't get the live chat to even open & theirs no phone number to contact them!! Worthless Crooks are who/what they are!! STAY AWAY!!!

I've learned a lot from the copy trading feature. Replicating top traders has improved my results.

BTCC supports both cryptocurrency and credit card deposits, which makes it very easy to add funds. I like the flexibility, as it allows me to use whichever method is most convenient at the time.
