this is my third time giving this site a try and it wiped me out every time never have i ever experienced a app like this go to interactive brokers or blofin cause this app will allways liquidate your account itll take more in its fees than what the order is even for its ridiculous ive never had a app take all my gains in fees could make any thing on this app it literally will take everything and if you do have something in your account a copy bot will pop up without your knowledge and take the rest of whats left

I am writing to you as a last resort. My family has been decimated by an investment scam involving Btcc unauthorized trading. The loss is total: our retirement savings are gone, and we are on the brink of losing our home because we cannot service the mortgage. Our day-to-day existence is now defined by financial triage. It was with “ ayr'L'P “ that I found an alternative way which made securing my deposits possible here. I would never had gotten hold of anything else

BTCC is not a good exchange. I registered 3 days ago and submitted KYC to verify my account. I purchased USDT using my bank card and they put 24 hr hold on it, which is already outrageous. I've used many crypto exchanges within the last 10 years, not a single one put hold on my crypto. Then I tried to withdraw it into my trust wallet and thry asked to submit extra proof of my ID, my card and my transactions statements, which will take another few days to review, plus they don't work on weekends which is making it even longer. Making their customers wait for so many days to release crypto funds is honestly ridiculous. I've never had such a terrible experience with a crypto exchange. I just want to get all my crypto out of BTCC and I'll never be using them again.

Awful UX experience. Chart freezes constantly requiring refresh. System likes to randomly log you out at the worst of times (like when trying to enter or exit positions). Doesn't remember you like it's supposed to so every day you need to do the verification process.

Fees are extravagant. Easily 10% of your position size at the time of entry on a high leverage play. If you want to break even you need to at least close 20% on every trade.

WORST OF ALL are the market orders always about .1% off the position of the price (on 500x that's -50%). It's so bad your order will be placed higher than the most recent wick 8-10 minutes back.

These guys suck. Avoid.

STAY AWAY from BTCC! Terrible app. I deposited $200 to buy some USDT and they initially hit me up with a 24 hour mandatory hold for "my account security".

I tried again the next day they wanted me to provide a copy of my bank statement showing the purchase I made with my debit card (what, wait 30 days til my next statement would arrive in the mail?), also a front and back picture of my debit card, a front and back picture of my driver's license, AND a photo of my upper body showing me holding my driver's license and a sheet of paper with the current date written on it. All in the name of "protecting my security".

None of those requirements were mentioned when I funded the account. They easily took my money when I opened the account but have made the withdrawal or transfer of my funds VERY difficult to complete.

When I asked for a straight refund of my money and they seemed willing to do that...for a $50 fee. Does that seem like a legitimate company to you? I'm having to ask my bank to reverse the charge to get my money back. SUCH a hassle. I wish I would have read the other reviews online first.

BEWARE, ITS A SUPER SHADY APP!!! I've heard much worse experiences from other users too: super expensive fees, shady trade fulfillment tactics, and seizing client's funds. I hope this review helps someone.

UPDATE: Just looked at my bank account online and noticed BTCC tried to make an UNAUTHORIZED WITHDRAWAL!!! ABSOLUTELY 100% FRAUD!!! Please don't make the same mistake of giving them your money!!! I'm going to file complaints with the FTC and FINRA now.

My affiliate trading volume was reduced from 40 million to 20 million, without notice, to be solure that I don't get 3000€ bonus. Their excuse is that it's "due to a previous data synchronization error ans rewards were issued to affiliate in advance." I'm asking to see clear audit evidence, before and after report.

The web platform is clean and responsive. I like that charts and features align well. No lag so far

I was not able to login due to "account not available, please contact customer service", but I contacted customer support and BTCC solved the problem within 3 days. I am very nice surprised about BTCC customer oriented. Thank you very much and I wish you all the best!

A rubbery application, I made a withdraw and they blocked it and ask me to deposit 500 usd saying that my account is not verified. The team didn't gave any help, they only ask a deposit of 500 usd. Not honest application I don't recommend anyone to use.

Used the demo first to rehearse entries/exits - didn't tried live yet.

This is a very complicated program, unlike how easy they make it look like. I deposited $1000 and in a matter of one day all my money is gone. I don’t even know where it went. Stay away from it!

On 09/08/2025, a serious glitch on BTCC’s platform caused my SUI spot position to be executed at $0.002, while the real market price was around $3.49.

BTCC support has already acknowledged this was an abnormal price movement. However, after more than 2 weeks of daily contacts, they have failed to provide any resolution timeline or compensation.

I am honestly surprised that such a clear platform failure has not been resolved directly through BTCC’s support, and that I now need to consider escalating this matter through other channels.

This shows an enormous disregard for affected customers and a serious lack of professionalism.

I have kept full records of emails, chats, and screenshots that clearly show both the abnormal execution and BTCC’s acknowledgment of the failure. Unfortunately, Trustpilot does not allow me to attach them here.

I watched my trade go green, then the position just vanished. I refreshed, only to be dropped on a chart with no controls. Support told me not to worry, said I'd be reimbursed. Months later, nothing but excuses. In the end, they blamed me. I am seeing my money move upward and I finally feel at ease onCentury100. They stay open about every step and withdrawals reach me each time.

Put in 1700 on copy trading. Realized it was not going well and wanted out. Needed to do some verifications before being able to withdraw. Lost all money before being able to get out. 🤬
