Many coins have no Buy Orders, ID verification is difficult, if not impossible for some people.
Many coins have a bunch of sale order
but no buy orders so trading in them is only possible if you verify your ID (not Easy), may cost BTC to do so and transfer them to another exchange.
I've enjoyed using the site and its a good trading platform for penny and sub penny cryptocurrencies, if your willing to go the extra mile to verify yourself and pay the mailing fee they charge.
Pretty unconventional for an exchange in this industry to do this that's why it's got 3 stars.
Otherwise I'd give it 5.
(Not minimum trades have to be over 10,000 satoshi or more than 0.00010000BTC
So even though your bidding on penny cryptocurrencies, minimum trades are usually around or over $1 at this time, still the lowest trade values allowed in the industry which is awesome.)

BTCPOP is bringing peer to peer lending to crypto. They also have numerous faucets for ALT coins. Faucets are slow way to accumulate free ALT coins. Overall site navigation is straight forward. FAQs are helpful. I have not had to use support, so I cannot comment on it's efficiency or friendliness. Based on the FAQs they seem like they would be responsive if needed.
