Scam

Scam, scam, scam, scam, scam, scam, scam, scam, scam, scam, scam, scam, scam, scam, scam, scam, scam, scam, scam.
I sent $35 because they require a minimum deposit of $35, and after a few mins, an error appeared: As priority support is reserved for accounts with at least one active transaction, a new deposit will be required to open a ticket.
I can't get my funds back, and I can't contact their support without depositing another $35.

Absolute scam

Absolute scam. I sent $35 because that's their minimum, and after a few minutes, an error appeared: This transaction (#D6792C) could not be completed. As priority support is reserved for accounts with at least one active transaction, a new deposit will be required to open a ticket. You can then contact our support team regarding order #D6792C and request a full refund.
I cannot get my funds back. I can't contact support without depositing another $35 which I do not have and even if I did, I would not send them any more money.

Do not use this service

Do not use this service. It's a scam.

I made the mistake of not researching this website before depositing $40. They require a minimum deposit of $35, which is a major red flag.

In my experience, websites that require a high minimum deposit upfront have a very high chance of being scams. Please do your research carefully before sending them any money.
