Had several chairs i was looking at and kent helped me be able to narrow it down and tell me about the Chairs and their options. Love the 12 year warranty even on the rebuilt Ameap,

Kent was very helpful explaining the benefits of the different ergonomic chairs. I have lower back pain and needed a chair that would work at computer and watching tv for long hours.

Assembly was more difficult than I had expected and the You Tube demonstrations could have been more explicit. That said, the chair was in excellent condition and the customer service was both prompt and helpful. Very pleased with the chair thus far.

The chair I ordered was in perfect condition. If I didn't know better, I would have thought it was brand new. I ordered the new foam seat with the extra layer and so glad I did. I've been using this for several weeks now at 4-8+ hour intervals for work. Everything about this chair has improved my posture and back. The adjustment are great with the sliding seat adjustment being a game changer for me. Outstanding chair with quick service.

After sitting at the same desk for 47 years, I’ve been through a number of $200 chain store chairs. Some of them were comfortable for a while, but none of them left me without lower back pain at the end of the day. My new BTOD looked spartan, rigid and firm next to my old cushy chair. It didn’t look inviting. I watched the video about how to adjust the chair to fit your body and started using it. My rear end is against the back of the chair and I’m sitting up straight and my feet are flat on the ground and my fingers are just where I need them to be. Yesterday I put in 13 hours at my desk and in my chair with a few breaks on a deadline. I forgot about the chair. It’s like I was wearing it, not riding an ill fitting saddle you need to continue to fidget to find a sweet spot. It’s so well made the I doubt I’ll buy another until warranty runs out in 12 years.

The chair was shipped fast. The quality of the restoration wasn’t as great as I had hoped. The left armrest wobbles way more then the right side which is annoying. I emailed customer service and they told me that it was normal and the if i didn’t like it to put a piece of cardboard to lodge it. I was hoping they’d send a better arm or have a fix that doesn’t make my expensive office setup look like tacky. Other complaint is the back rest upholstery has a floating feeling. Kind of like when you drape a blanket over a chair and it doesn’t tightly fit around it. Feels hacky every time I sit on it. I have a Herman miller I’m considering switching back to. I’d also buy from a competitor next time. I’m wasn’t happy with the money I spent.

Update: Customer service is great. They sent me a new armrest really quickly. Wobble is gone. I removed the lumbar support and the chair feels much better.

The body is old, but in good enough shape.
I would complain about the arm rest, it's not in a great shape. Adjusting the arm rest is hard, it seems to be defective or just old.

I had a question so I called them. The person in that dept was offline. But they got the message and I got an email that day. From that email I made the purchase. This has been the goto place for my home office for years. There stand up desks are really good. Just got a keyboard tray to install on it.

I really enjoyed all the YouTube videos, they helped with my deciding process. I also talked to avery nice lady on the phone about the difference between two chairs. I ended up buying the Lamia and I couldn't be happier.

Chair looked brand new. Had some issues with assembly instructions. Customer support was excellent. Issue was quickly resolved.

I've always wanted a Steelcase chair but was hesitant to pay full price. After watching chair review videos on YouTube, I kept noticing BTOD. Their professionalism and passion for chairs stood out, making me trust them over other refurbishing companies. I chose a refurbished Leap V2 with new upholstery, arms, a piston, and an extra 1/2" cushion. It’s better, and more comfortable than a new Steelcase at half the cost, which is mind boggling! The arms are sturdy, the added padding is super comfortable, and the chair shows no wear. I’d definitely buy from BTOD again!

The chair that I ordered arrived quickly. I ordered a refurbished chair, and it was in great condition.

I feel that this chair the vera by Eurotech Was overrated by everybody. The issue I have with this chair is the seat. It doesn't, extend forward enough and once again. I feel like I'm falling out of the chair.
I'm normal weight. And about 5.3 I'm looking for another chair that I do not have to assemble because this chair sat here for about a month.

Everything would be fine with this chair. Except the seat is a big problem. I was hoping it was a glitch and maybe he did not put the chair together right But this chair just doesn't extend forward enough for the seat to be comfortable it doesn't look like 2.5 inches and not sure why they even included the feature because it's not helpful. I don't think it's worth the money, no shipping issues everything was there

I purchased this chair and the experience was great, through and through. Unfortunately due to my height I did not fit in the chair all that well and I had to return it. But the customer support through and through was great, I had an issue with the hand rest and they guided me step by step with pictures on how to resolve it. Th le return process was great as well! No questions asked and they provided me with videos on how to return the package correctly all in all great company!
