I am very grateful I ran across their YouTube channel some time ago. At first, I just appreciated their videos, because they had the resources and the background to give meaningful reviews of the best chairs on the market. I came across a promotion for their refurbished chairs around the time I got a Christmas bonus. I finally pulled the trigger on a Steelcase, knowing that I probably couldn't go wrong with such a top tier product. The chair was "as is" refurbished, but it is actually difficult to tell that it is even used... The chair is remarkable compared to my $150 Amazon chair. I will never buy anything cheaper again. Plus, they slap a 12 year warranty on for $50 dollars? Phenomenal. If you have been hesitant to drop $1000 on a top tier chair, this $500 option is a godsend. My SOLE complaint is that the frame is one or two degrees off kilter (right side is ever so slightly lower), but this is negligible. I feel like I bought an $1100 chair for half the price, and I don't notice it unless my arm rests are a fraction of an inch away from my desk causing the one to brush the edge while the other passes underneath. Final thought... If you are concerned by the term "refurbished," don't be. Very happy law student, thanks to BTOD.

It took a while to decide to make our purchase from BTOD. We drove to the showroom of one vendor near us only to find the store had been boarded for some time. Numerous internet vendors seemed less than transparent. On the other hand BTOD’s videos and easy access gave me confidence we were dealing with a reputable company.

I wasn’t disappointed. You’d be hard pressed not to think our chairs are factory new! The frames are spotlessly clean and polished. The upholstery is brand new. We saved some money by going with the original armrests - and they look brand new! And of course, the chairs feel like new.

I wish BTOD offered more fabric options, but I’m not complaining. We are more than happy with our chairs!

I desperately needed a chair to replace an aging leather one with no support and something that was too low for the desk I sit at. I'm really enjoying my Lamia chair and don't even think the lumbar support is too aggressive. The videos were excellent and I really liked the video that BTOD sent before my chair's arrival on how to assemble. I got a refurbished version, so I saved a few bucks and it looks terrific. I would definitely use BTOD again for my office chair needs!

Most comfortable chair I've ever sat on, the only issue I had with it is that there was some rust in both armrests, between the armrest and the bar that holds them.

Quickly received the refurbished chair. It was in great condition. Very comfortable. No problems at all.

I purchased the Amia by Steelcase after reading and watching many reviews. The chair is everything I hoped it would be; it is very comfortable for long hours at a time. The refurbished chair from BTOD is literally like new for half the cost as new. The purchase was easy and the chair arrived a week earlier than the date I was given.

Couldn't be happier. The chair is in perfect condition and was a much more affordable price than buying new. The user experience to purchase the chair was easy and delivery was lightning fast.

My updated home office workstation is now complete with the addition of a refurbished Amia from BTOD. The quality of the refurb is excellent and I'm hard pressed to tell it from a new product. I especially like the color (Indigo) from their Pallet 2155 upholstery selections. I also chose to go with the Greener Option (because I'm cheap), which fits a used lift cylinder and arm pads, instead of new. Between that and the available 10% off coupon, I saved $90 off the regular price.

The only hiccup was that the first chair shipped to me arrived damaged, with a broken lift lever bracket. Customer service was very responsive and after sharing a photo with their production team, determined that the chair needed to be replaced. They will willing to cross ship and I received the replacement chair in 6 days (to the West Coast). Overall, a very positive buying experience that I would recommend to others.

I was on a budget but liked what I read about the Steelcase Leap V2. BTOD offered an as-is option in my price range. When it came, subbing it in for my generic “ergo” mesh chair from Amazon was gamechanging. Very comfortable and sturdy. Good adjustment options. I would recommend BTOD to anyone I know looking for a serious office chair.

Shipped extremely quickly and got everything on time with nothing missing. Would buy from again. Very satisfied with my product.

I purchased a VertDesk v3 Plus desk with a 72" x 30" mahogany desktop and black frame and a VertDesk v3 L-shaped with a 72" x 30" mahogany desktop, a 72" x 24" mahogany desktop and black frame. I purchased both with their Casters, Full Size Pencil Drawer, and Ultimate Cable Management Boxes, 2 on the L desk. I also ordered several of their BEYOND-GO-99-3-GG 24 Hour Intensive Use Big and Tall Office Chairs supporting up to 500 lbs and their RA-HS4002 RightAngle Hover Dual Rail Monitor Mount, but I ordered it with the compatible Adjustable Monitor Arm with a spring system which was a special order.

I also mounted a rail with a large CPU holder attached to bottom of the desktop that I use to hold a UPS and an extra UPS battery. It slides under the desk and rotates for easy access. This has not caused any issues for the desk tops or mechanisms to raise and lower the desks.

I ordered these in 2022 and they are very solid, look great, work great and as advertised, and they have survived two moves. I've had a few product issues which they resolved with minimal effort on my part, at no cost, and quickly. One issue was caused by a power surge, not their fault, one was defect with a chair base and the others were damage I made and they helped me without high cost or complication.

I love and trust these desks so much that I just ordered two more., one t replace a really old desk that is an eyesore and I need another smaller desk for a different room now.

Ordered a refurbished chair. Price was good, delivery was very quick and product was exactly what I wanted. Great experience and will use BTOD again as the need arises.
