Rescued a complete bike ride catastrophe
2 miles into a bike ride this morning and my derailleur decided to do a 180 and got stuck in the back wheel spokes. I rang up and they asked me to drop it down warning they may not have the parts in stock, well here’s where the experience just got better… not only did they have the parts but Ian explained what he was doing, showed me everything along the way and tested everything, gears, brakes etc. The part was swapped and I agreed even though it didn’t quite need it to swap the chain too. Topped off with a nice vanilla latte and some new juice in the tyres - I’m now back ready to ride within 2-3 hours of the incident happening! Staff in the shop were so friendly and knowledgable! Will be taking it back to get it serviced too! Thank you so so much!
