Brilliant at taking your money- really…

Brilliant at taking your money- really slick extraction of cash. But just try and get what you've paid for; "please call one of our helpful advisers. If you have 2 hours to wait. We already have your money and couldn't care less. Have a nice day".

Pathetic

You pay £30 a month to watch adverts for 14 minutes at half-time and 1 minute of analysis and commentary. Pathetic. Watch a broadcast from any other European country and you'll see you can get value for your money. Pathetic.

Now that they have switched to TNT the app no longer works on my phone. They want me to pay more for a better phone in order to watch it. Blackmail

Terrible app and service

I have only ever had frustrating experiences with BT Sport. I subscribe to it so that I can watch UFC events the morning after they're broadcast, and I have almost never had a good experience with it. The player is terrible and often crashes. The website/app itself is so badly set up and really hard to navigate. It should be really straightforward to find the content you're after, but it's often far too hard (if you can find it at all), and you end up coming across spoiler videos or articles before you can find the full events. There have been entire weeks where the app has gone down and isn't usable at all. Now that BT Sport has changed to TNT, I can't watch UFC events at all. When I follow BT's instructions to try and activate my linked TNT account, they don't work, and TNT asks me to set up a new account and pay the £30 monthly fee again. I now can't access the UFC events until a week after they're broadcast, which is pointless as a fan of the sport. I'm just going to cancel my subscription.

They want two payments.

Since they've become TNT, customer care has gone out the window. Despite paying the £29.99 pass through my bank account every month, if I try and watch TNT on Discovery Plus, they won't let me and want another £29.99 within the same month. Beware! They don't respond to any questions or complaints now on X either, they did when they were BT Sport.

Services like this force people to free stream

First I had BT Sports for UFC then later it changed to TNT. Inherited all the faults and problems with the BT website. Can't find anything. The content is all scattered like something puked it up and when you do it's been tagged with spoilers before you watched it, so no real need to watch the event now. Whoever came up with that idea needs firing.

The site doesn't know what it wants to be, half sports channel half sport news page. It's like one of those late-night shopping channel gimmicky kitchen devices, promises 8 in 1 and in the end fails to deliver on all fronts. I stumbled upon this page as I wanted to see if other people were suffering the same issues as me with BT/TNT. A quick search landed me here.
Turns out there are a tonne of people who dislike the service. A service that we paid for that performs worse than a free service, go figure.

The events are all chopped up into highlight videos, if people wanted to watch highlights they can get this on YouTube a few days after for free, why bother paying?

The app is a total fail too, because with each highlight its a new video, so the sound needs adjusting everytime. Then when you adjust the volume it makes the top part of the screen dark so you miss out watching even more, there are just some plain awful ideas at play here.

From what I heard BT didn't and won't put any more money into the BT sports side of things as it was going to be rebranded or sold as TNT sports.

I wanted to part ways with BT Sports years ago but unfortunately, they re-acquired the UFC broadcasting rights otherwise us fans would be long gone instead of putting up with this Cr*p from these amateurs and paying for it. The site and service is like a bunch of 5 year-olds got together for a school project.

It's services like this that force people to look for free streaming.

Where are tonight’s Prelims you sh1tbags? If I find out its been taken to another Channel I’m going to cancel first thing on Tuesday. What kind of a two-bit company is TNT anyway? Where has BT Sports gone? Sounds like some cheap ass 90’s American Sports Channel.

The quality has gone way down since TNT took over. I only use it for free via my phone contract but I used to get the TV subscription during the Champions League. It’s just not worth it now. All the good features are gone and the content is more limited.

Dont bother if you want to watch UFC

I pay monthly for the BT sport app. I use it solely for the UFC.

BT silently moved the UFC content to discovery plus, so people like me can no longer watch it, despite paying by c.£30 a month for the privilege.

They fraudulently close complaints within 24hrs without resolving them to try and fool the Regulators, then ask you to ring their generic customer service line with hour long waiting times at best.

Really a terrible company to deal with, there are far cheaper ways to access UFC content in the UK if you do some digging.

They've managed to make it worse.

TNT have taken over BT Sports and its hard to explain but they've made a service that was bad even worse. They've kept most of the so called experts but to compound their error they've now managed to make it look and sound cheap.

Bought £29.99 for 1-month sports pass

Bought £29.99 for 1-month sports pass.
They advertised as;
"All the European League, Conference League, Champions
League matches are broadcast live on TTN Sport"
The biggest lie I have ever seen on British Broadcasting History!
Exaggeration, believe me, not at all. I literally watched no qualification matches whatsoever! I missed 8 European matches by trusting this bunch of fraudsters! In the end, this is what they said;
"European Leagues haven't started yet. Once it starts, we will broadcast accordingly" :))))) The biggest and silliest joke ever heard!
I am now taking legal action in Civil Court for loss of enjoyment, stress and frustration given by lack of service by asking damages for £1000.

BEWARE !!!! They only lie, nothing more than lies...

A constant frustration

A constant frustration. Enter your password incorrectly once and you have to wait for 20 mins to try again. I've usually missed what I wanted to watch by the time I access anything. Just signed up again to watch the MotoGP and it was so confusing to find what I needed to subscribe to. Then when I eventually purchased, I needed to activate but had to wait 20 mins to try and login. Still not in yet. Not a happy customer
