Wouldn't let me login on my computer, despite changing my password etc. Nobody to contact, so I missed the Jones Vs Gane fight. Very annoying. Shall be cancelling my subscription.

Main event freezing throughout then to make it worse the stream completely froze on the last round.
BT refuse to refund me my money

Paid for Paul Vs Fury (26.02).

Couldn’t watch on my TV as BT live in the Stone Age and only allow this if you have BT TV. Did not work with Chrome cast despite multiple attempts.

The event was a dross and then the app booted me out just before the main event, suggesting I’d not paid.

The only way around this was to pay twice.

Absolutely useless.

I pay to watch football not woke propaganda and low rent ads. Total dross.

Switched to Sky Glass and just discovered BT Sports have been receiving £27 per month via my Sky subscription AND also £17 per month via my broadband bill so effectively they have been paid twice each month for just over a year and will not reimburse me. I certainly won’t be subscribing to their channels going forward and will use alternative services to watch football. I Will also switch broadband supplier when my broadband contract expires in 2 months time.

Made a mistake, ordered the BT Sports Ap instead of BT Sports on the TV, tried to cancel 2 minutes later. The advisor tried to help but company wouldn’t let him cancel order without me paying one full months subscription. Even though separately I went through the correct process and signed up for BT Sports on the TV immediately. Awful policy, awful way to treat your customers.

Why oh why must BT spoil a brilliant programme on a Saturday afternoon with darell currie . His voice grinds and is difficult to understand unless you have good hearing

What a nightmare these people are, all the people you can speak are friendly and helpful but their strategy is always to blame the other person, ie blame the openreach line and then when that person comes he will blame the equipment and so on - still not fixed in 2 weeks

Sorry I just don’t know nderstand what you’ve got the lady on the pundit panel for Ajax vs Liverpool, she has no relevant experience, no popular following from playing in the mens game and not a great deal of insight or charisma.

Watching the Leicester City v Crystal Palace match to-day I was irritated by "NO ROOM FOR RACISM" being constantly flashed across the screen. All I wanted to do was to watch football in peace without being brainwashed. Can someone from BT please explain to me how I can be racist just sitting at home watching TV?

I bought one month’s viewing to watch some games that were scheduled. I cancelled the subscription in good time and received confirmation. BT later messaged me to tell me they had taken another subscription from my account “in error” and it would be replaced in 2-3 days. It wasn’t. Still waiting, 2 weeks later. No reply to any messages I send. It wasn’t an “error”, it was “illegal” and these incompetent bar stewards don’t give a feck.
UPDATE: 2 Nov 22. Surprise, surprise! These incompetent idi0ts have stolen another £25 from my account. I am still unable to get any response from them. Don’t trust them.
UPDATE: 15 Nov 22. Managed to talk to someone at BT Sports, 14 days ago. Explained the situation to him, took ½ hour. He then passed me on to another idi0t so I had to start again! He said he’d cancel further payments, which I’d requested months before and they’d confirmed. He said the £50 would be refunded in 2days. Still waiting. These creeps are trained to scam people so they can close complaints quickly, so their numbers look good. Don’t buy anything off them. They are incompetent and their data management is full of security holes.

Appalling service. They clearly favour English sports over the rest. Missed the first half of Milan-Inter in September because they were still showing BT Score covering National League matches, even though their TV schedule clearly stated they were showing the whole Milan Derby. Same thing happened in October with Inter-Roma, when I missed the first 20 minutes because they were still showing post-match interviews from a rugby game.

The best part is that I tried submitting a complaint several times and their dedicated webpage doesn't seem to be working. I've tried three times without succeeding.

BT sport but not much sports in it, perhaps if you think American wrestling is a sport not a entertainment show you going be fine. Personally subscribed only for a MotoGP I'm not interested in rugby, American wrestling and cricket. Boxing is for an extra cash. Football sometimes ok if you don't get black screen it happens couple times, and also live transmission have little delayed so switch of live results on your phone it will spoil the game for you. I love MotoGP but can't watch anymore presenters are "stars" in it Suzie have best time behind her, Gavin is ok, however Neill is awful very depressing to listen most of time hard to listen bad things make him happy, -I love to see it! After some team manager is not happy with the race.. laughing at some riders, Suzie signature is to say- he looks so funny( at some riders); another time - he's English accent is so funny. Car park transmission with Sylvian after few glasses of vine and same generic comments. During the race it seems like crew just reading social media comments; most popular and more controversial then better for them. Absolutely awful can't listen, good race not balancing the whole experience. Is like unmovable crew just having fun and is a lot of "joke's" about presenters itself. I stick with wsb and BSB. I be back on MotoGP after different station will get a contract, never again bt sport.

BT sports is well known for its coverage of Rugby Union and is the reason we are with BT.
This weekend there is only one game aired on Saturday with none on Friday or Sunday, what is going on?
Do I need to cancel my subscription??

What an absolute sack of crap BT Sport is !!
They hold the monopoly on all of the Moto GP series but are painfully poor at showing the races after the event or even manage to give away who won in their so called spoiler free section. BT Sport are absolute rubbish and the sooner somebody else buys the rights to broadcast Moto GP the better !!!

Same last season with Champions League games, poor signal and therefore picture (keep thinking I've forgotten to put my glasses on).
Looks like I'll be cancelling if no improvement.

Both BT sports Box office and sky TV are completely useless and incompetent I have been trying for 3 days to try and book a bt sports box office event but they keep on passing the blame onto each other and never ever wanting to help me solve my problem they only want to force me to suffer and lose and make the rest of my life he'll and permanently make sure that I am never ever allowed to book a BT sports event they are useless incompetent a joke and the most unhelpful companies on planet earth

I believe I was mislead into believing I would get all this season's England International cricket matches, as the series against the West Indies was indeed shown on Bt sports.
However, I subsequently realised that was the only live series available for my 2yr long subscription.
There are banner headlines now on the Bt sport website cricket tab, stating that you can 'watch Test, ODI and T20 cricket' for £25 per month. What they actually mean is you can only watch highlights of those matches.
Disgusted, I enquired what the penalty payment would be to cancel my subscription, only to be told there was very little to be saved by cancellation and it would cost nearly as much as paying for the 2 years!!
I was had, don't be fooled like I was!

Attempting to watch Atletico Madrid v Man city. The last 15 mins has been diabolical coverage . It's like watching a black & white movie with all interuptions and freeze frames. Absolutely crap coverage. Missed at least ten minutes of the match. Bolox.
