Excellent customer service
BUA health has made it easy for me to get my prescription. They answered my many questions very quickly. I had one issue and they quickly resolved it to my liking. I was prescribed wegovy and I have been very happy with BUA health’s responsiveness and how quickly they sent the prescription to my chosen pharmacy . I would advise anyone who needs this type of medication to use BUA health. They are very nice and easy to deal with.

To clarify, Bua is not a pharmacy; our partner clinicians provide a comprehensive weight loss programme, including medical assessments, GP consultations, and ongoing dietitian support.
Regarding your medication, you'll always have the choice to have your prescription sent to any pharmacy of your preference. Individual pharmacies set their own retail prices for medications independently of our service.
If you're finding the costs at your current pharmacy higher than expected, please do reach out to us. We’re always happy to help patients navigate their fulfilment options to find a solution that works best for them.
