Please give this company a wide berth I ordered the wrong baby shoes
After 6pm
And I tried to cancel but they said there already in transit after a hr but worst part was trying to send them back what’s hassle that was I gave up lol and gave them to a charity shop the baby trainers you could buy from a market for £4.99 they charged me £17.00 I bought two pairs and my refund would off been bust over £20 when I paid £35 please keep away not a nice company to deal with

I ordered red converse style boots for my grandson , they took 10 days to arrive , I was charged £4 postage and they sent black ones instead of red and a pack of Chinese facecloths as an apology saying they could not contact me to let me know that the red ones were out of stock ( they had my email address and phone number ) Funny that they are saying they are based in Hertfordshire UK !!! They are also on Temu £5 cheaper . Scam company

Easy to navigate site, informative and the icing on the cake was that my granddaughter abslutloved her boots.

I ordered Christmas tops on 8th December and they finally arrived on 20th December. However, the labels are on the OUTSIDE of the tops - what a completely stupid thing to do?! Who would ever stick labels on the outside of any clothing item? If I could post photos, I would.
The only reason I give the company 3 stars is because of their lovely customer service when I enquired about where the tops were as they were so late on coming in.
I’m gutted they are basically faulty. I have now tried to cut the labels off but obviously there are thread marks left. These tops are for a Christmas outfit on 23rd as we have a Miracle on 34th Street event to attend. So disappointed.

The joggers were exactly what I was searching for. Pull on easy for my 3 year old and fleeced lined so very warm for winter.

Great company there toddlers boots are adorable and great value for money
