Items never delivered despite full payment and aggressive staff
I rented some items for a kids birthday starting at 10am. The delivery of the items was to occur between 8am and 9am. I get a call at 9:30am saying the delivery team is leaving a previous job. I said it is too late for the delivery and set up as my event was commencing soon so I did not receive my tents or chairs. The director Wayne Douglas (who posted a five star review of his own business below) refuses to refund me though I received no services or goods on the day because they were going to deliver far too late for my event to start on time. He also called me and was extremely aggressive in hopes of "resolving". Now is ignoring all contact and essentially stolen my funds. Have had to raise a claim with small claims court in relation to this.
