BROUGHT ME TO TEARS
I've had my dog groomed here once before and it was just fine. today however when i brought my dog in, the owner lady (who i'd not met till today) reprimanded me because my dog pooped in her salon. he pooped cos he was scared - i didn't notice it at first. the owner told me off, in that i should apologise and help clean his poo. I was gob-smacked. at first i thought she wanted me to pay extra because she had to clean my dog's poop - which i would have done - but no, she was demanding I apologise. i told her "he's just a dog, he can't help it, he's scared". I just walked out, but she came after me! just yelling and following me on my way out, she had to be restrained by one of her workers! She then blamed me for breaking her gate (which, of course, i didn't - they've got cameras all around that gate, attached to the door bell, it was broken before my arrival). even as i'm walking toward my car, this woman is still yelling at me - i should have called the police - it was a violent experience - her staff had to hold her back from coming onto the street. Also, my feedback is continuously deleted from their FB page. My experience was a nightmare from hell, When critiques of a business are just deleted, and "dissent is not to be tolerated" then it's not a true reflection of their quality
