Great customer service!
Originally tried to order some expansion sets for Death by Coconuts during the Canada Postal Strike in December 2024. They were quick to reach out to let me know that they would not be able to deliver until after the strike ended. And sure enough, they messaged me when they could resume sending to Canada. I appreciate this kind of customer service! Expansion set was received in good timing and I also ordered a couple of other games to try out.

Non delivery of purchase
It appeared that our purchase wasn't delivered but due to family circumstances, it was. However, long story short, contact with Bubblegum Stuff was super. They were very quick to reply to our query and extremely helpful and understanding.

Great customer service
Great customer service! I thought I had a missing puzzle piece and sent an email asking if I could get a replacement piece. That night I found the piece (the dog had been laying on it). They replied immediately and were willing to replace it. I told them I had found it and wouldn't need it. Very happy that they would have replaced it, but glad I didn't need to.

Wonderful customer service! They reached out to me personally to make sure my purchase was done by me and not a fraudulent purchase since my billing and shipping address were not the same!
